I've had a storage unit at Cascade for over a year and I've always been well treated and felt secure that my belongings are being keep safe in a clean, dry and well secured place .
The managers Verna and Eric are great .
Last summer Eric would always bring me out a couple of bottles of cold water while I was working in my unit,it can get hot in there, and Verna she's the sweetest and always tries to help with answers to any questions you might have.

We have been customers of Cascade Self Storage for several years. It is the best!! So secure and so clean. Verna and Eric are always happy to help with anything we need or questions we may have. They feel more like friends than managers. 5 stars!!

When I signed up I asked both of the onsite managers if I was allowed to come there for an hour or two every day as to go through my things and organize and get rid of the junk, they were totally fine went requests. About two months into my stay the female manager from grants pass was at the Medford location and left a note on my door stating I was loitering. I told her that I had done nothing that I was not given permission to do. She was very rude and said “ well they don’t work here anymore so whatever permissions you had from them went witth them out the door. So I was assuming she had fired them, that same day a kid drove up to my unit and said he heard I was welding in my unit , I told him I don’t have a welder and invited him to come look, he excused himself after telling me he’s the new managers son.. she replaced the old managers with a husband and wife team that were terrific managers and people, we never had any issues whatsoever, they went on vacation and that same tyrannical woman from grants pass came to cover for them and seen me at my unit and came by to tell me I had until the end of the month to vacate the premises because I was loitering. It was the absolute worst business experience I’ve ever been part of ! She was the rudest person I’ve ever seen as a manager of anything. I did nothing against their policy’s that I hadn’t been given the green light to do when I signed up. I paid my bill on time every time. Even the the new onsite managers were perplexed as to why she was making me leave, I can’t tell you how much of a hardship it was to move all my stuff out and into a new facility for absolutely no reason at all ! That woman is evil in every way possible. Even her employees can’t stand her. I thought about suing her but didn’t have the time to mess with it and really didn’t wish to ever see her snarling face ever again. The worst place in southern Oregon to to rent a unit hands down.

Horrible business. Real nice to you when you're handing over money. If you are a day late they send emails, texts and phone calls every single day until you pay again. Total harassment.

These people are absolutely amazing and they truly care about their customers!
When I forgot to put my lock back on my unit and left my keys attached, they kept my lock and keys in the office and put a security tag on my unit so that nobody could get into it. Thanks for all y'all did for me! ??
I highly recommend renting a unit from this company. I promise you won't regret it! ?

We were impressed with the neatness of the storage units and prices. We only used the storage for just over one month and we're very happy with the unit and service from the staff..I would use the place again if I needed to.

Absolutely worst management in the history of this storage facility. Been a customer for 15 yrs and when we went to get our stuff out of storage with our semi moving truck they refused to allow us to get it out. In previous times when husband brought his big truck in it was not a problem. We live out of state and this has provided a huge inconvenience for us. Their attitude was awful as well. Do NOT recommend this place!!!!

If i can give 0 stars i would but i cant. Never used to have any problems with this place but now with this new management it’s messed up. Don’t recommend at all, can definitely find a better place to put your things.
