Worst customer service I have ever had the unprofessional attitude and disrespectful extremely confrontational Kristin is a horrible employee she’s a heavier set woman with black hair I don’t know if she hates her job or just likes to be rude, constantly wouldn’t deposit my check than after telling her I’ve done it plenty of times she tried said no than finally realized I wanted it deposited not cash, which she would have know if she would listen, and not instantly be confrontational. No apology or acceptance of guilt just continuing to be rude snobby with horrible customer service.

4 phone calls to Branch visits and a scheduled appointment and they still can't seem to open a business account or even get the facts straight on what's needed. It's a simple two-person LLC registered in the same state. This should be a 5-minute one time visit. Yet I've been told six different things and the account is still not open

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Money was deposited into the wrong account. They couldn’t fix it at the branch, their “back office” would have to do it. Never any follow up. I would have to call to find out what was happening. After 7 weeks of excuses and promises that it would be fixed in 2 days, I contacted the OCC which handles complaints against Federal Banks. The OCC contacted Chase and the issue was resolved. Took over 2 months total.

I think this bank doesn't care or do there jobs.the business management and manager Michael basically left me to do a loan by myself.I had to call just to learn I was denied.0 help or communication what so ever.never felt so mistreated.

Went in to order checks because I use them once in awhile. The teller Said they the bank doesn't do checks anymore. I can't get into my online banking and she said she would give me a user name and password and it didn't work. So now I still don't have checks
