Tried to plac a order on line but did not see where I could have It shipped to store for free.
So I called and spoke. With on of the sales girls but she had no idea about the internet so I asked to speak with someone who might
She, second sales girl had Bo idea about their internet buying either????
She suggested she take my order
I had to repeat multiple times my order on 2 pants of different sizes
It seemed to me the sales girl was getting irritated about taking my order
From me.
I thought they were going to be shipped to me
That evening I received a email stating your order Is ready to be picked up
So I thought t g ey must of had them in stock
Went t chick's of Edford to get my order
By the way they wanted $9.00 to ship a order of $118.00. Seemed like a lot of money for that big of a order
The sales girl could not find any order
Another one comes out to talk with ne with A nasty attitude
Also told me they did not carry petite so it would have to be shipped.
As if there is a flashing sign that says we do not carry petite
I told her about the email to pick up my order.i did not have my phone with me and she as much accused me of not telling the truth
Terrible sales clerks
Has been that way at chicos
Enough for me to quit shopping for a while at this pticular store

A lace mouth covering does not meet face mask requirements. Also, I didn't appreciate being referred to as "the chauffeur" while shopping with my friend. Extremely arrogant sales associates. Prejudice when you treat one customer well and the other as hired help.

Here at this store they have the worst customer service. Even the manager made a face and rolled her eyes when I asked to try a blouse that was on the wall. I never liked shopping here, but during Covid they had great bargains. I returned and in the last 5 months purchase maybe $600 + dollars. Today, I came in again and the same service feels like a morgue when you come inside. No.enthusiasm whatsoever. What I bought is a tee shirt that cost $69 not inexpensive, but if their customer service was better I would probably feel good that I bought it. I 'm actually disgusted with this store and won't be coming back I will go else where. I believe they should go to a customer service class. They dont have a clue. Tara today Friday and her coworker need a talking to. There is one associate that makes it a wonderful experience remembers your name and what you've purchase, but at this moment can't recall her name. She is petite and blonde shprt hair and I thought at one time she eas the manager, but I was rudely corrected by the real manager that this lady was off the last week I was there and she IS NOT THE MANAGER. EXCUSE ME.
