Andrew was responsive when I called and set up a time to come over to give me a quote right away. He was professional with good communication. His window cleaning skills are top notch. He is a window cleaning animal! I mean this is the most complimentary way possible. I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need this service and would recommend him to anyone I know. Andrew did such a great job cleaning my windows, screens and tracks that I wondered why I hadn't done it sooner. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was there the next morning to do the job. His pricing was very competitive and his communication good. This is a long overdue review as we contracted with Clear as Day last summer to clean the many windows in our home. After some scheduling glitches (not showing up without any communication, running late, etc.) Andrew finally showed up ready to wash. We later found out that he was without another person to help him as he had originally planned so he had to use a different method that was quicker, but less effective. This left water/dirt spots still on windows. After he left, we realized he missed cleaning a window and putting screens in a handful. I contacted him and he said he'd be back when he was in the neighborhood to finish the job, but he never returned. My husband installed the screens and we are going to try another company the next time we need windows washed. ETA: The owner responded that I had the wrong company, however I reviewed the text conversation I had with Andrew after cleaning our windows on June 18 2021.

We received a bid for $700 to clean our gutters and install gutter screens we had purchased. Andrew the owner assured us that he had installed this type of screen before and that they are very good. We accepted the bid, he :did the work" and we paid him. This fall I noticed some leakage and called another company to check the gutters and screens. hat he found was a mess in some of the gutters and some gaps where no screens had been installed. We paid $400 to have the poor work fixed. I sent Andrew a letter asking for $400 reimbursement and have not had any response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. This was a scam of senior citizens (79 and 66 years of age). Next is a suit against the LLC. I do have photos.

Scheduled 3 times, first one rescheduled because they were running late. 2nd time no showed with a excuse. 3rd time just didn't show up. No phone call or anything. We used them last year and we're happy. Not sure what is going on. Received a message. May give it one more chance... I realize times are hard and getting help is almost impossible.

We are really happy with the gutter cleaning service we received from Andrew at Clear as Day Window Cleaning. He did a great, thorough job and even came on a holiday to accommodate our schedule. He also installed some downspout filters we had on hand for us at no additional cost. We will definitely be calling them again.

Andrew and his staff ( Michael ) were absolutely amazing! We were putting our house on the market last minute and needed the windows cleaned and these guys came through in a pinch and did an amazing job!
