The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best stay possible. Recently, my battery died in the parking lot and the lady at the front desk(forgot her name) helped me to get it started. She did not have to do that and I was incredibly grateful.We will always choose to stay there when we're flying out of Medford.

I have stayed here a few times. Front Desk staff kind Kariann has been kind and helpful when we stay. The pool was a treat nice and clean, price was fair the room was spacious. My recommendation is to have herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee for our next visit. Cute little bar and lounge I walking distance loved it...Food & drinks: Little bar and restaurant near the parking lot loved it..no driving

definitely one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I checked in on the night of January 29th, and the lady who was at the front desk had dyed red hair. she was probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. talked to me like I was a complete idiot, talked down to me, and made my entire stay unpleasant. me and my friend didn't even want to walk in and out the main entrance because she made us feel unwelcome.It's ridiculous to charge someone 200 on top of already paying almost $800 just because they live local? the person who was staying with me was from South Carolina, and we were staying in the area. give me a break. even IF that even made sense, those rooms were not clean enough for you to be charging that much. side entrance garbage cans overflowing out the door, the room obviously hadn't been vacuumed in god knows how long because next to and behind the beds we found1. A very well used bandaid2. A very well used q-tip3. freaking toe nail clippingswill NOT be returning, and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

In the photo the hotel looks much better than in reality. The toilet seat is worn to holes. The walls in the hallway are shabby. The room is cramped. At 9pm I received a call from the reception and they said that the neighbors downstairs were complaining that my children were walking too loudly. At 9 pm!!! Wi fi did not work only on iPhones. When registering, the manager knew about this but did not say! When I called and told her about this, she said that she had been trying to solve this problem all day!!! I was very sad and disgusted that I could not get my money back and leave this terrible hotel. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the breakfast! It was really hearty and tasty. PS my experience with cheaper hotels like Motel 6 was much better!

My only complaint is my room was by the back door and starting at 5 am people kept going in and out ,letting the door slam .was very annoying when you are trying to sleep. Hopefully, the maintenance crew can figure away to quite the back door when closing

Hotel provides mediocre services and space to stay at while making excuses of renovations for substandard amenities and rooms. Mold in the bathrooms, towel hangar falling off the door, and a clogged fan brings to mind health and safety concerns, and you can count on them refusing to refund you if you leave early.Overall, you’re better off going to a motel 6.Safety: Not a safe place to stay at. Bathroom was a fire, safety, and health hazard.

The stay overall was fine, the room was clean and neat, and I was provided with everything I needed. The problem was that I was overcharged by $61 at check-in due to the staff being inexperienced. When I checked out of the hotel, the manager claimed they fixed the issue and that I should expect the refund for the overcharge within 3-5 business days. A week went by and I still hadn't received the refund. I attempted to connect with the manager by calling the hotel over a span of a week only to be told each time I called that the manager wasn't present and to call back another time. After finally getting in contact with the manager, they realized they didn't issue the refund properly and claim they resubmitted it and that it's "in my banks hands", that I would have to wait 3-5 business days again, and there's nothing that Comfort Inn could do to resolve it which is untrue. I requested verification that the refund was submitted and the manager instead provided an invoice number due to them saying it wouldn't be possible to provide verification that a refund was submitted. I reviewed the invoice number with my bank and they stated they hadn't received an invoice from Comfort Inn and that I would have to file a dispute. Overall bad business practices from both staff and management and I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel due to that.
