“I have 3 Talons. Someone mentioned Falcon Northwest while I was playing World of Warcraft(Vanilla).I wasn,t Tech Savy .Customer support was just as important as quality. They have always been there for me.So has the quality.I only had one hardware incident out of 3 Talons.The component part was faulty.No fault of Falcon.They honored my warranty.
