Came and dropped my MacBook off because my screen broke. They charge a $50 fee to look at it and see what’s wrong which is fine and then call me back same day. To tell me what’s wrong and they need to order a part and it could take a couple days etc.. cost $675 to fix it again I get it that’s fine. I dropped it off Monday June 10th it’s was done and ready for pick up by Wednesday June 13th they did not reach out to me or say anything I waited till next week Wednesday, June 19. I called them say hey it’s been about a week and a half. I’m calling to check up on my computer see when it’s ready to pick up and how is it going? They tell me it’s been ready since June 13 not once did I get an email or call or text or voicemail. They did nothing to contact me they make you sign a contract before they even proceed to fix your devices saying if you don’t pick up your device in a certain amount of days that they won’t hold it and you don’t get it back so that’s extremely sketchy that my order was done and I was never told about it and had to call and see what was going on extremely unprofessional when I paid over $700 total and I use my laptop for my business and had to go an extra 6 days without it when it was ready to be picked up because they never did any reaching out to let me know. I will never be using this company again for any laptop repairs in the future I highly recommend using smart help/ apple service Mac the only reason I didn’t go with them first is because it was a $100 fee to see what the problem was they weren’t as sketchy so it’s probably worth the extra $50 unbelievable what this company did to me and who knows how many others

Very slow at helping you. They wanted $70 for an hour for 5min.I understand it, they do have one employee who I think is a rude man. I have had to deal with same person at different times and not a very good, no bedside matter.

Provided excellent and helpful service on multiple occasions! I’ve purchased multiple tech gifts and my personal computer from Connecting Point. Very reliable and willing to answer any questions I had.

Called to make sure they had the ipad case I was looking for before I drove all the way there. Their practice is to say, "yes", and then tell you that you have to order it after you're there. Of course , we can all do that with Amazon. I ended up at Staples, they had many iPad cases to choose from. They were also extremely helpful and friendly.
Connection Point also wanted to charge $100 to help me with accessing a new iPad that was gifted to me. I'm an android person. I expected to pay something but $100? I went home and figured it out in about 15 minutes. Thank you YouTube! Customer service is not a priority in this place, possibly a symptom of thinking the are one of the only options in town. I'll never go back.

Went in for a case and screen protector for my new iPad that I had just bought from Best Buy. They explained to me that they didn't have “loose” screen protectors that I could buy to install myself, and that if I wanted one, I’d have to cough up $50 to have one of their “technicians” install it. Annoyed, but just wanting to protect my new iPad, I agreed.
As I was paying, the guy at the register asked me, almost in a scornful tone, “why did you buy it at Best Buy?” suggesting without actually saying that I should have bought it at Connecting Point where it was $150 more expensive (I checked). I wanted to say “none of your business” but I explained that I had Best Buy gift cards to use.
When I got home I noticed 3 huge pieces of lint/hair beneath my new $50 “professionally installed” screen protector. It’s annoying because it’s obviously just a $5-$10 screen protector that they buy in bulk and charge $40 to install…

Nothing but a joke run by guys with no actual knowledge. Told me i needed a new phone because there was dirt in my charging port. My friend got the dirt out and it charged fine. Don’t give this scam operation any money they will do nothing for you. Not to mention rude rude rude attitudes for no reason. How can you treat me like I’m stupid when you don’t even know how to do your only job? Truly have no idea how this place is STILL running but no doubt it is from scamming clueless senior citizens. Despicable

Brought my iPhone in because I was having major issues with it charging very slowly (1-2% over 6 hours) or not at all, and they were very dismissive. I am NOT tech illiterate so I'd done everything I could for around a month to try and troubleshoot the issues myself before coming in, but every time I told them I'd tried something, they basically just told me to try it again. In the end, they said it wasn't a hardware issue, and told me the problem was that I listen to podcasts and spotify?? They insisted that was probably the issue even after I explained that I only listen at work, not at home and I still wasn't getting it to charge then. Was told it was "background activity" and when I asked what that would even be, they said it was streaming or downloading while the screen was off. Which makes no sense when the apps are fully closed. It also definitely seemed like they weren't reading the battery usage info right. There were clearly blocks of time where the charts showed my phone was plugged in, and there was NO app usage, and the charge still didn't go up. And I swear they were misinterpreting the percentages per app.It felt like they did not want to help, or take me seriously. 0/10, frustrating experience, but at least they were kinda polite while blowing me off and making me feel like an idiot :/ Would not recommend.Took my iPhone to Best Buy. They were super nice and after checking it out, I was told it needed a mid system replacement. It was done in two hours and is working perfectly now. I can listen to my music or podcasts AND have my phone charge again.

I'm pretty ignorant about many aspects of computers. So when i asked them to repair my 13-year-old computer that crashed they told me they would install open office. I had no idea open office was going to be terrible compared to windows. They also did not inform me that installing a new windows system would just crash my old computer again. After a couple days I went to Best Buy, had all my questions answered and bought a new system.

They knew exactly what I needed to get my iPad pencil working again. They tested their solution out to make sure it worked before selling me new tips.

I wanted to share the great experience I had - my dog stepped on my MacBook and broke the screen. I brought it in and they walked me through the process. I was also moving while they had my laptop and shipped it to me when it was finished. Awesome communication.
