I love Costco, but my experience at this pharmacy has been consistently aggravating. My prescription is never ready on time. On my recent visit, phone system stated prescription would be ready at 2:30pm. I arrived at 5:00pm and waited in a lengthy line only to be informed they needed 10 more minutes. I did some shopping to pass the time, returned, waited a second time in the lengthy line and was informed AGAIN that they needed 10 more minutes. How many extra 10 minute periods do they need? I signed up for text messaging to alert me when the prescription was ready and received a text at 7:30pm. That's a long 10 minutes. The experience would be a lot better if they stopped lying to me about the time.

Amazing prices, great service. If you call ahead they will text you when your prescription is ready. I like to go at times
when Costco isn’t busy so the line is short.

Best pharmacy !! Peeps here have always been helpful , smiley faces , fast , fun and friendly . Long lines at times and sometimes my med is out of stock . But there really good at sending text to pick up meds and phone calls as well . Good with email and text reminders for apps. Plus you can get pizza and hot dogs and a strawberry sundae after you pick up your meds

Every time I call the pharmacy the auto attendant goes through the menu and I then put in the correct extension for the RX then the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. After going through the rings it then just hangs up on you! We just switched to Costco for RX and now I’m wondering if it was not a good idea.

I have NO rating (had to select 1 star before it would let me post) for Central Point OR Costco a for sure thumbs down for Customer Service so very disappointed in how they treated us as members for 22 years!! Would not honor the process an employee told me to do when signing up for DirecTV!!! They denied giving us a $200.00 Costco Shop Card!! After many phone calls, emails and insinuations that I was not being truthful!! Don't expect them to honor their word if they give you "directions" on a process

I shop at Costco weekly. Usually, I love Costco. My last two trips to the pharmacy have been less than pleasant and always seems to be the same snaky rude pharmacist. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful.

They are awesome if you buy stuff there, like food and clothing . BUT do not buy any appliances from them. Our dishwasher has been " fixed" 5 times we have had it not working then working. After awhile they need to just give us a brand new one. I tell everyone and anyone if I am shopping there and I see them looking at appliances not to spend your money there on appliances, not worth it.

Quality/Quantity - Another chicken bake, might be my last one for a while. And this one was HUGE, see picture. So large that I had to cut it into 3 pieces just to fit it on my plate. Great to have Costco as a pit stop during my road trips, but I think I hit my max on Costco's food court... I did NOT check for the local beers, as I do NOT think I can fit any more stuff into my truck. Atmosphere - Consistent, see previous Costco Yelps. Plenty of parking. Best gas prices. Easy in and out of freeway. Thank you. Service - Consistent. Food court. Gas station. Tire service. Pharmacy. Optical department. Hearing aids. And of course the usual - deli, produce, bakery, and meat. Price - $2.99. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1991. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 804 warehouses worldwide, with 558 in the US. 1980 IPO. 1993 Price Club and Costco merger. 1997 Rebrand all locations to Costco. 2020 105.5 million members.
