Went to the Medford OR Costco and it is HUGE. The food cost is great and you could probably find anything you need there.

I have loved Costco for YEARS been a executive member for 23 years and recently I have noticed that the staff have been really rude! My daughter needed to go to the bathroom and they told her “ you need the member who holds this card here with you” she even showed them the receipt showing we had been in there 2 minutes ago! I live that Costco still has DEI but PLEASE do better I used to love Costco now it is not! I have noticed all the bad staff are the ones whos name tags says they stated in 2025 or 2024! Costco I LOVE your prices and deals but please do better! I was also refused entry at the exit ( I had returns to make) because I was wearing a shirt that said “Black Lives Matter” they made me go around the front! I thought they kept there DEI! I miss the old Costco!

Love that I can fill up at pumps then drive straight ahead to find parking that accommodates my pickup with trailer , and I'M STILL PRETTY CLOSE TO ENTRY. yes, all staff excellent at pumps and at store.BUT WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE 80 MILES OVER THE CASCADES TO SHOP. PLEEEZ PUT ONE IN KLAMATH FALLS.

I tried to look up food court allergy warnings online before going in, but they don't have an allergy menu online.
When I got to the food court I asked the person at the register if they had an allergy menu. He said no. I asked if I could see the labels just for the hot dogs and the buns, he said they didn't have any? He asked another lady and she said they didn't have any labels for me to read and they can't tell me if the food contains allergens or not. The only thing they had was a nutritional chart, which does not include allergens.
You're way behind Costco. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and employee training.
