Kevin was helping me and my wife. It was unbelievable that I had broken my phone and my wife needed an upgrade. He went over all the options we had. I was undecided and couldn't decide, he was so patient and so kind that I really enjoyed my experience. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had, he went above and beyond.
