This is an awesome facility and very friendly people! I dropped in from Florida, hoping for a good workout, and I wasn't disappointed. I can highly recommend this box! I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in town!

Where do I even start? This is far more than a gym, it's a support system! Tyler is a great coach that gets into your mind and figures out how to help you be your best self. The people are some of the most encouraging I have ever met! Doesn't matter if you've been there one day or since day one, they take you in as their own and push you past your limits. I highly recommend this gym to anyone is who is looking to not only to lose weight and gain health but to those looking for a community of friends to support and help you along the way.
