When the soda mechine is empty and you inform the employee it takes days to get anything done.
When you busy delivery sandwich they charge one price even when their menu has a cheaper price.
They store needs to get their act together

I live really close to Crown and it is a very convenient place to get a snack or something I need in a pinch. Staff is always friendly. Even though there's been construction right in front of the store on the 99, the business seems to be thriving...that says something. It's a good place to go where you get what you need and are treated nicely!

As soon as I came in, I started taking pics of the fresh food that they had been made. You stopped me and asked me what I was doing so I had to explain it to her that I'm on Google review, experts end that review about the things and was giving a store a 5 out of 5 stars, just let's pay these wonderful person the lady that works back there that was clicking the food fresh. She's a wonderful person. And I love coming to this store prices are great. Fresh food and fried food. They both taste great. I will b by again asap!!8[

I was simply only going in to buy a carton of ciggerettes, but the old woman that came off to me as an owner or manager, and the younger woman with dark hair up front, they were so rude my brother and I decided to go to news and smokes where customer service actually matters and I'm greeted by friendly staff and great helpful people.If your having a bad day, dont bring itnto your work. LEAVE IT AT HOME

I come to this market for my neighbor who doesn't drive. The prices of tobacco are the cheapest on this end of town and its close to home. Its newly remodeled, so its clean and well kept. The staff is mostly friendly- there's a couple that don't chat much. Its pretty simply a convenience market with good prices.

Impressed. I am not a huge fan of these convenience shops... but this one has impressed me in a few ways. Yes, most of their business is probably the usual (beer and cigarettes)... but someone has put a bit of care into their in-house prepared foods as well. The best fried chicken anywhere (when they had it) and their homemade salads are made with real quality, both in meats and produce, and when you pay for the big salad.. it's a big salad! Their ranch dressing could be better (like Iron Skillet's) -- there's still room for improvement there, and the sandwiches don't look appetizing. Other details -- seems like they stock nice touches that other places don't. And they are darn friendly despite all the riff-raff of Medford and being situated on the busy highway.

Great prices on cigs and nice people too.
However, they will swipe your card as credit every time unless you tell them otherwise. They don't ask at all.
When I asked, I was told that is my responsibility.
So, get cheap smokes here, but use cash, or say debit a few times before handing them your card.
New policy? Ice water same cost as soda... Skip it
