The CVS in Target Medford Oregon was one of the most horrible places iv ever been in my life ! The Maniger older lady long hair , treated me like trash , then held my medication over the weekend. Made me really sick . The Maniger said she mad because her employees did not show up !?? Why is that my problem!

This has been my pharmacy for 20 years and compared to others, it's great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I have to go at 5pm most time and the line is long, but it usually moves quickly (20 min max for me).The only change I don't like is the phone system will only let you leave a message now instead of waiting for a person. The options are a bit more jumbled, maybe the tree could be simpler?

I made an appointment to get my varicella vaccination two times and each time they did not have it in stock, they kept telling me to come back and each time was a waste of my time. The staff are rude and they do not care about you as a person.

There may be a line at times, but the staff is always courteous and helpful and apologetic for the wait. Anyone that complains about having to wait apparently has never been to any other pharmacy. A little patience goes a long way.

This is the worst pharmacy. Limited hours, then they don’t open on time prepared. Also, they now started requiring a reason on a prescription for pain meds that my doctor gave me and refused to fill. It was 8 stupid pills for a dental procedure I’m not seeking drugs! They are always incredibly rude and under staffed

absurdly long line with only one person serving customers. He did a great job but the wait was way too long. 20-30 people waiting in line at any one time.

My prescription took four days to get filled and was only filled when I finally went to the pharmacy after reading that "we're still working on it" on the CVS app and getting the same message when I called. Had I been able to speak with a human being, perhaps I could have had the prescription expedited. If the pharmacy was open on the weekends, I might have had a better chance of getting my medicine more quickly to take care of the health issue for which it was prescribed. You could improve by increasing the number of personnel employed so that the prescriptions could be completed in a reasonable amount of time. However, I'm not ever planning to get another prescription from this CVS, so if others follow suit, perhaps the problem will take care of itself.

Unreachable, no way to communicate. I'm out of state until and CVS filled prescripion 5/21 going back in stock 5/14.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours just trying to get a prescription transferred. I give up!
