Worst experience ever. Pharmacy does not answer the phone. It is not possible to talk to a human. Web site does not work. I had a prescription that was not covered by my insurance, I found a Good RX coupon for it. CVS DOES NOT HONOR GOODRX. They would not honor the Goodrx coupon, They would send me messages saying my prescription was ready. When I got to the pharmacy I was told that my prescription was delayed. This has gone on for a full week. Oh, and they are closed on weekends.

I like I filling my scripts here. The staff is actually really nice if you’re also nice and treat them like a person. Lines are long… they’re long everywhere else too. I manage everything on the CVS app and I get text messages when my stuff is ready. Really helps save time so I’m not having to call for updates.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called multiple times to receive help with an issue and got no response. Would not give me medication when I went in because my insurance was not accepted and they did not allow me to pay upfront. Refuses to transfer my prescriptions which I need and cannot afford to pay without insurance long term. Would not recommend and the second I’m no long affiliated will never return.

Very friendly, staff - efficient and accurate. Recently transferred from another chain, and boy what a difference. They actually answer the phone here. Fabulous customer service! They have what I need when I need it. I'll be a long time customer ?

Always something with them.. Not once has anything gone smoothly.. and the staff is always in a bad mood .. The pharmacist numerous times acts inconvenienced by consults .. And they are always out of rx and always understaffed

Please update ALL website hours. One says open at 9am one says 10 am. The ripped paper stating hours on pharmacy door hasn't been updated since November 12, 2022.

Almost always out of my sons RX. They do not notify you they are out unless you call. Often I am left scrambling. These are not meds you can just stop. Pairing that with not being open AT ALL on the weekends is causing serious issues with my 6 year old's med schedule. Because they are closed on weekends they are often VERY BUSY with long lines on Monday's and Fridays and after 5pm. The area around the pharmacy is always dirty.. often trash on the floor. The area for the staff is also stuffed full and unorganized!

The pick up/check out staff and the pharmacist have gone the extra mile for me twice. Not a common occurrence at pharmacies in general. Very pleased.

I wouldn’t use CVS if I didn’t have to. I’ve been on hold for almost 2 Fing hrs. Why can’t you answer the phone? It’s ridiculous I can’t just go in since I don’t live close to cvs. Very disappointed I’d give negative stars if I could.

The last 4 months I've experienced problems with this pharmacy. 2 months in a row they didn't have my medicine even though they got my scripts a month in advance. Then their system crashed what seemed like 2 weeks and they couldn't help me until I had a great employee step up..This monthI go there and they are all of a sudden closed on the weekends. No communication to those that have medicines to pick up Saturday or Sunday or anything. Irritating and changing.

Wish you'd answer your phones. Frustrating to learn that you're closed on my one free day to pick up my prescription. Have to make and transfer prescriptions in person because they don't answer phones. Worst pharmacy ever.

I think I was speaking with this location's call center about COVID shots, and they pretty much refused to provide me with even answers to my general questions. I felt the agent was extremely rude, and ignoring the fact I'm high risk to COVID, I need to know when I can get my booster shot if I've had a small cold in the last few days. Yet they say you only have to wait 14 days after symptoms to get the shot. How does that make any sense? Lady was very confusing. I was trying to schedule for outside 14 days, and she wouldn't even talk about it. Quite rude, but I can't say it was a specific employee in the store, could've been call center, all I know is I called this store specifically and was left with more questions than answers.

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I was without my medication for a week due to the pharmacy making up every excuse from they didn't receive the prescription, to them not being able to fill the RX without a paper copy, to THEN them saying my provider was unlicensed. ALL WERE FALSE lol. My provider is a NP and they just never thought to check. They wanted me to wait an additional week for the providers office to contact them even they were closed another week! They do not care, they are doing the bare minimum, they tell you things that are untrue, etc. Will NEVER be filling another RX here.
