Ordered a part on the 3rd, now it’s the 16th, and it’s probably in the last delivery’s boxes strewn around the parts department floor. Apparently there’s a problem entering the received inventory. I could understand how that might be rough, yet (Paula?) is less than helpful. Practically had to arm wrestle her to get her to look it up yesterday, and zero effort to even acknowledge the issue today.
Maybe she has too small a crew to open and enter the products into inventory. Maybe. I know for sure that my equipment isn’t getting any work done while the parts are still in those boxes.
Note: This problem was resolved today. I wasn’t asked to do anything but pay for the part, as expected. I have the part. Upping my rating as a response to their actions.

I've bought a couple high-end machines from Hubbard's. If you are looking for quality, high-end machines, this is probably the right place. I used the BillyGoat Brush cutter to take down all the blackberries along 1 mile of irrigation ditch and I never had a problem. I also bought an Altoz track mower which allows me to mow nearly all of our ~40 acres of hilly grass fields. Prior to buying the Altoz I was mowing the steeper slopes by hand--this saves about 75% of the time. I did have a problem with the Altoz when it was new and the crew at Dazey's were helpful even when I was very frustrated about it and eventhough in the end it turned out to have been my fault. Really a great local resource for Medford.

What gives this hardware store three stars is that it's a small chain. It has a great feel and you're sure to find lots of bulk items. Nowadays, it's hard to find a hardware store that lets you claw out your own nails in bulk, but this place does. The downside of this type of hardware store is that it doesn't let you see or choose your own lumber before you buy it, as evidenced by this photo. The quality of the two pieces of fairly expensive pressure-treated wood that I purchased was so atrocious that I wondered if they had come out of the ground from somebody else's yard: cracked, splintered, missing parts of the wood, discolored, and bowed. Definitely give this place a look for hardware and tools; not so much for the lumber.

Why even have a paint department when you can't match a color that you made six months ago?
Edit.. I've already spent days dealing with management and having to involve my boss. After the paint department tried to tell me they wouldn't mix my stain. Even with management involved the paint department guy hides from me and does a f u match like this only after being forced. I've lost no less than 3 days of production to dealing with this paint department. My issue isn't with the store or the management, but I've lost so much money this week because your paint department can't eyeball color at all. I did get a match elsewhere but only after driving all over and ending up with wet lumber. Things like this shouldn't happen. You're supposed to run a business in a way that caters to your customers when they walk through the doors not playing clean up after we've been told to leave empty handed by your staff.

First time there in a long time, went to get some bolts there and the Cashier accused me of Putting the wrong price on there bags of bolts, and refused to go look when I told them to go check themselves with a super rude attitude told me " your lucky you Caught me at a bad time with a long line." Will never go back again.
