Our favorite stylist, Heather, has been keeping my hair, my daughter’s hair & my granddaughters hair in great shape for years. All the encounters we’ve had with the gals in the shop have been handled professionally & kind. I love getting my hair trimmed & styled. I trust Heather with every hair on my head. ;)

Sara did an excellent job with cutting my hair; I had burned some of my hair with a too hot curling iron and Sara gave many hints on the highest setting for my curling iron. Sara shaped my hair just like I wanted. I would highly recommend her.

Everyone I've interacted with at this salon has been so friendly and professional. Cassidy gave me a beautiful fresh new haircut and I've already gotten compliments at work which is always such a confidence boost! She was so sweet and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I liked where things were going. I showed her some inspo photos and she just ran with my vision and brought it to life!

On Thursday, January 25th I had an appointment to have a cut. Prior to appointment I had called to schedule, simply to find out the cost because the website does not give a cost. I was told, cut includes, wash, dry and style. Perfect, seems fair. I arrive early (I always do) and showed 3 photos of my OWN pictures of haircuts from the past, all very similar but one with layers, one my natural color, no layers and one with color and layers. I knew I didn’t want color but it was intended to provide clarity on what I was looking for. Before anyone comments, I have PLENTY of hair to obtain these options. Sitting in the chair I couldn’t even speak because of my shock in how short it was as well as how it looked nothing like I wanted. Completely in shock and didn’t know how to address without breaking down in tears and also knowing it cannot be put back on. My hair was NEVER washed at all or styled well. She tried to curl some parts of it but not much at all. I started crying the minute I got to my car. The cut IS VERY choppy, not even and you can see the cuts where the “layers” should be. I feel as though she attempted to curl it to simply cover up the chopped areas. I know people will ask why I didn’t say anything. To be honest, I do not know why. I was in shock, I was not sure what could be done and I hate conflict. However, after 24 hours of crying, I called the salon and left a very detailed message. I asked if they can please have someone fix it. I tried again yesterday (they were open) and still no return call. I never put negative reviews but after 2 days of no follow up with my voicemail, I feel its constituted.

Sara Severin was my hair stylist and she was amazing with my color/highlights. My previous stylist couldn’t get the color I wanted but Sara got it perfect the very first time. She took the time to listen to me and I would definitely recommend her.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
