Fantastic customer service. I needed help with finding the correct shoe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, this store values the contribution that our military provides to our country by offering a military discount. Thank you Dick's sporting Goods.

Got in, got out quick thanks to store clerk Rob F, who met me at soon as I entered the store, and assisted me in rapidly finding everything I needed! Rob was extremely customer-oriented, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Rare for a retailer nowadays! Definitely recommend the Medford Dick's to everyone!

Sports store, very clean, spacious, well lit, well stocked, clothing for the whole family, almost all sports, good service, pleasant staff, affordable prices, offers all year round and especially on commemorative dates.

I just visited this store this morning, looking to spend $145 on a Nike jacket for my kid. There were several employees standing around; several that walked by; without saying a word to me as I was searching your store for the item I planned to purchase. ???On customer service. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Brittany at Dicks Sporting Goods in Medford Oregon gave us such outstanding, helpful service. We are two seniors that came in to buy copperfit knee braces with tape on the braces to help knees. Dicks only had one brace and we needed two. Brittany took time and gave us so much patience and the most superb customer service. She walked us through ordering the additional braces on line. She took us over to computer for ordering on line and totally assisted us. Brittany is so patient, helpful, she gave us the most outstanding, superb customer service. Thank you Brittany!!

In Medford the customer service sucks. It seems like employees on the floor try to go and hide from customers. Very short handed on Black Friday. However, they feel the need to have a greeter at the door doing nothing. Also, no cleats above size 8. Yes, it’s an amazing store in the worst way.
