I could not have asked for a better customer service centered experience this last week with Discount Tire. After I voiced a concern with my last service I had completed with Discount Tire, they listened and made a plan to resolve the issue that I was experiencing. Both Richard and Carlos were excellent communicators and made sure my experience throughout the process was a positive one. Thank you Discount Tire for acknowledging, listening, and resolving the issue in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely be back to have future work completed on my Jeep here.

Had a great experience at this Medford South location. The North store was slammed wa” an hour plus wait. Seth and his crew got me taken care of in mere minutes. It took longer for me to get my food at Noho’s than it did to get new tires! Highly recommend !

Their service was excellent. I made an online appointment for a slow leak, brought in my car, handed over the keys, and the technicians quickly identified the problem - a tiny piece of wood that had been causing the issue. No charge, and I was on my way.
While I was there, I witnessed a woman behave extremely rudely towards the hardworking employees. Despite the employees offering her a free tire, as they were uncomfortable patching her already poorly repaired tire, she reacted with hostility. She acted as if the employees were trying to hold her car hostage, becoming loud and rude. However, the employees remained professional throughout the encounter, 5 stars wish I could give you more!

A tire blew out on my trailer, so I went into Discount Tires. A guy named Daniel helped me right away. I got a new tire and was out the door within an hour. Great experience! I will go there again.

Just drove up from California, developed a leak somewhere around Weed. Pulled in at 5:30 hoping to get it patched. They were all very friendly. Even though they were closing at 6:00, they had me out of there by 6:20. Shoutout to everyone, excellent service.

I was able to order my tires online which was nice since they were closed. Then the next day I was able to get them installed very quickly. Showed my ID because I ordered them online and it only took 20-30 minutes tops. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. They were very friendly and helpful.
