We purchased our all season tires from them and our blizz tech winter season tires from them. Overall we're very happy with service and product. We have purchased several sets of tires from discount tire. Overall we are fairly happy with the service. Always seems to be one nagging thing that we have to go back for though. Recently we purchased a used truck and we took it to discount tire for tires. The tire sensor was acting up and we asked them to take care of it. They did not. This same exact thing happened in the past with another vehicle. And we ended up having to take it back and they were happy to remedy it. I was not so happy that I had to go back.

South Medford location amazing customer care, Carlos Richie go above and beyond for the customer very helpful very to the point. Just amazing guys and team of technicians at discount tire in South Medford.

I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!

Was on a long road trip and picked up a nail in a tire. I stopped in and Seth took great care of me. Had me back on the road in less than an hour. Clean and well organized business. A+

I'm very happy about my experience with Discount Tire. They go above and beyond to get exactly what you want. I purchased my 3rd set of tires from them and will continue to come back when these need replaced. The team is very friendly and accommodating, they never seemed inconvenienced by my questions. I recommend them to anyone looking.

The staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Seth is awesome, he always takes the best care of us and finds what meets our needs. He used to work at the discount tire across town, but now that he is here, this is the only discount tire we will go to. Thanks for the new tires!

I have always gone to Les Schwab, yet recently when it was obvious I needed new tires, a close friend recommended I try Discount Tire instead. I was met by the kindest service from Jeremi and it was so straight forward. I am done with the previous provider I used and look forward to continuing the upkeep of my tires with Discount Tire, and if you get the chance to work specifically with this location, you are in good hands. Jeremi and the crew were awesome.
