The and only true reason I consistently go to Dollar Tree are the soft frozen Minute Maid desserts... The only delicious 😋 😋 addiction I allow myself to have even on a diet.

This is one of the dirtiest $Tree stores I've ever been in. Everything is unorganized and filthy!!!!! It looks like their floors haven't been cleaned in years, and homeless are camped right outside the door approaching customers all day long. Drive a little bit further to the store in White City. It's like night and day! That location is super clean, well stocked and a pleasure to shop at. Stay away from the one in Medford next to Bi-Mart!!!!! Shame on the management for keeping there store so trashy!!!!

This store has a wider selection than the Grants Pass locations, but some areas tend to be empty sometimes.

As soon as we walked into the store a woman told us in a loud voice “YOU GUYS HAVE 1 minute” which startled me because she approached us quickly and said it loudly. I was confused because online the store closes at 10pm and was updated a week ago..She was talking with the other worker saying “I told them they got one minute” which was really uncomfortable. Another group of people arrived and the male worker rushed to the door as soon as they walked in and spun them around telling them to leave. I understand if the website has the wrong time, but there is no need to come off aggressive to costumers who are unaware. Always best to be kind to everyone, especially in customer service.

Us and multiple people got kicked out as we showed up, online it shows they close at 10. They decided they closed at 9, this location needs to be fixed.

FIRSTLY PSA !!! THE CLOSING HOURS NO MATTER THE DAY IS 9PM NOT 10 PM ... I put in a request and told them the correct hours but not sure if they will just take my word on it. But I just now walked to the store and it was closed and the store hours said 9 pm EVERY NIGHT. JUST SO NO ONE ENDS UP WASTING THEIR GAS OR TIME HEADING THERE WHEN ITS NOT ACTUALLY OPEN. It's a much nicer dollar tree then all the ones around the area. A lot more organized. The staff is a lot more respectful. The only dollar tree that I didn't feel rushed, judged, or stereotypes or harassed.

I have an instacart shopper there now. The store is out of almost e I the site said they had. A huge waste of 80 dollars. It’ll never happen again.
