I took a friend, who likes this place. They now have 2 self check outs, which has made it worse by far! First not a employee in sight, not even 1 cashier. I am a seasoned self check out customer. However the customer in front of me, had no idea, how to do, but had no choice! I, gladly helped him out, which he greatly appreciated, which was fine. I. however couldn't get a item to scan, with no call button nor any employees insight, I didn't buy the item. Self check out, is supposed to make it faster, but not to ignore. Your customer!

The troglodyte manager met us at the door to tell us we couldn't go in and it was 10 minutes till closing. then her and the cashier decided to change out of their work clothes right in plain view of public. The door says 9:00 p.m. closing but apparently it closes at 8:50 definitely not impressed with the customer service.
