He explained everything in a way that I could understand, he didn't cut any corners and offered to solder the connections to the new battery instead of the hot glue that was on the original. He went above and beyond in just about every way that he could.

I called him up and he took it in no problem got it fixed the next day works beautifully. If I know anyone who needs something like that fixed I'd definitely recommend him.
