I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Elements Salon. I came in expecting a professional cut, but the result was far from satisfactory. The stylist seemed rushed and inattentive to the details we had discussed, leaving me with a haircut that was uneven and poorly executed. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I now have to spend time and money elsewhere to fix the result. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality and professionalism.

Absolutely terrible customer service from one of the independent contractors i won't mention by name because I'm not petty. She did an absolutely terrible job on the structure of the nails and their shape ( i.e they lift up on some down on others and are not uniform, and the black "Acryllic??" Didn't harden correctly she went to file and it scraped off and crumpled. She fixed the Nail and moved on dismissing it as weird but not thinking to use a different product when it clearly was not right. She finished the nails I left and it started to crinkle around the cuticle area and was still soft and malleable. )
I tried to reach out to her to fix the nails right away and she told me she could fit me in on Monday ( It was Friday) between clients to fix them when I explained that it would ruin the nails design by drilling out the black on the nails with stickers she tried to move the appointment again. To a Thursday. So 6 days out to fix a problem she let happen by not checking her products.
But don't worry she doesn't do refunds, she'll fix it. I'm sorry but who would want to go back to the person that was that unaware of their products being bad ? ?. No I'm gonna go somewhere professional and have them fix it.
0 stars. Wouldn't recommend at all. She was nice tho during the appt, shop is nice just really bad customer service, and frankly for this set the service.

My favorite hair girl Paula is here! I love the salon; it's a very classy space, everyone seems friendly. And of course, as always, I love seeing Paula and catching up, and I LOVE my cut and style. Definitely an awesome spa-like experience!
