DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!Needed a two day rental wanting a 48 rental and did not get that I got charged 244$ for one day because I told them I was getting paid the money, so they put it under insurance and I guess there calendar days are different when they are under insurance so 244 down the drain for a one day renta, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, I'd pay you not too.

Worst experience ever! Rented a vehicle the staff did not properly inspect with a broken door handle! Major safety issue! With a baby in the car, there would be no way we could escape in an emergency. Now they're trying to charge me for it when I didn't even have the car 24 hrs. Had to get another vehicle, the staff was profusely apologetic but took 2 hrs to get another rental. Astonishingly, the other vehicle I had for a month didn't have any damage! Lost time from work and wages. Contacted "Austin", the branch manager, he said he would look into it and of course no response. Now the claims person "Samantha" won't respond, but I received a letter today, saying if they don't receive payment of almost $300, they're sending me to collections. What a joke! Put mine and my child's life in danger, then threaten me with collections, WOW! Amazing they're still in business. The Medford office is absolutely ridiculous. They'll put your life at risk and charge you for their mistake. Hoping to hear back from ANYONE THAT WORKS HERE! HELLO?! DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK HERE THAT IS COMPETENT?!?!?!

Traveler beware! Manager is a petty tyrant. Despite a reservation and deposit the store manager refused to accept our Mastercard or Visa claiming the system wont allow debit cards just credit cards and only from major banks (my card is issued be a major international bank but he didn't recognize the name so he decided it wasn't a major bank). We've rented from this location with the same card half a dozen times and it's never been an issue. We pointed out that they had charged that same card for the deposit. He said he would show us it didn't work by running a card for $1 and then before the system even responded he said "see it doesn't work so I'm unable to rent to you" so we left confused and upset with no idea how we will get my wife to her father's funeral.. Then we get a notification from the bank that the $1 charge went through!?? So it had worked just like all the other times. We call the corporate office and they say he was wrong and it should have never been an issue. They said to go back in the morning and they would take care of it. So this story isn't over yet but I doubt he will comp the rental so I dont think they'll get many stars back but we'll see. At this moment 1 star is generous.UPDATE: after contacting the customer care email address they sided with us, offered a discount on a future rental, apologized for the rude behavior of Juan the "manager". So we took them up on the offer and . The same thing happened. According to Juan a bank that is FDIC insured with 33 million customers isn't a bank? IDK? Corporate accepts the card,the website accepts it but Juan doesnt. We've read all the rental fine print and we meet all the requirements. Nah, this is obviously a personal issue. He`s a bigot on a power trip. And corporate let's him be that person in their name. Not a very enterprising idea.Update: Toxic company, Toxic workplace and Toxic customer service. Customer service made promises and they never carried through. Customer service would say, it's all worked out the car is waiting. Everything is pre-arranged. Drive to the lot and the manager refuses. These are just bad people. I don't want anyone to think "oh well they fixed that buy now" Nope. They never followed through on anything.Update: still horrible company, never made it right just lots of lies.

The staff was super great. My car was out of commission for 2 months and they helped me with questions and were awesome when I changed cars, the first was too small for my family for any longer than a week and they were great with changing cars. Super awesome, this was the only part of the after math of my car accident that didnt stress me out.

The building itself is no place you'll be excited to hang out.HOWEVERThe staff were highly motivated to keep things moving as quickly as possible and bent over backwards to get me on the way.Good experience all the way around
