Workers are rude. My daughter was looking at some dresses they wouldn’t stop starring. They were also just following her around the store like if she was going to steal something. Overall very bad experience!

The woman was snotty to me and my friend when we wanted to try some dresses on. She reminded us what the sizes were and mainly looked my friend up and down. They also have a corner with a plus size sighn over 6 items. The store is huge....

They have a great selection of clothes and dresses. Just be warned dresses are final sale, no returns. I understand why however, it is on a sign on the counter and they don't tell you when you purchase. Most stores will tell you this is a final sale item when you purchase it. My daughter found another dress she liked better and I am stuck with a $48 dress that she doesn't really like.

Zero stars. Basically you cant get a refund or store credit if anything is Final Sale but Everything is Final Sale!! Bought an item a week ago. What a rip off. And owner is rude.

If I could do 0 stars I would. My daughter and her best friend went shopping for her friend’s birthday outfit. She was trying on outfits and my daughter held up a couple outfits and the guy who was working ran over ripped them out of her hands and accuse her of trying to steal. My daughter was floored and while she was standing there defending herself, he told her she was a bad person and to look in the mirror to see her terrible soul. He said he knows how girls like her are. It ruined her friends birthday shopping day it was so sad… we will never shop there ever again!!

Wish I could give 0 stars! My daughters went in to try on dresses for Hoco! My 1 daughter had grabbed 3 dresses , didn’t like any of them. Went back in with another 3. The guy looked at her and said “you’ve tried on this many dresses you need to go to another store.” Not to mention he watched both of my girls the entire time they were there. My kids were not disrespectful in any way…. HORRIBLE customer service. Maybe they should post a limit on how many you can try on or maybe just stop letting people try on if it’s such a problem.
No one wants to buy a dress that won’t work for an occasion especially if they don’t take returns. Do better!! It’s not like these are high valued dresses for goodness sake.

Once I went into the store all they would do was stare at me . I asked to try a dress on and they told me I wasn’t allowed because I could “damage” the dress !!! Terrible customer service !!!! Both of the employees were rude !

The owners are so rude, and they constantly watch you and follow you around like you’re stealing. You’re only allowed to try on 5 items, and they won’t bring your remaining items to your door to easily swap out try ons. The only reason I gave one extra star is because they have cute clothes.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter (14years old) bought a dress, that was for one way overpriced and she didn't realize what she was getting into we hadn't even left the mall tried to take it back and they would not return it because apparently people buy dresses partying them and then bring them back. Literally she bought it at 2:31 p.m. I went back in there at 3:20 p.m. and they refuse to do anything they wouldn't even do store credit. We will never be shopping here again buyers beware.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves one. Terrible customer service, I went in on 7/21/22 to look for some shoes with my sister, and the owner and another lady just kept staring at us, they also seemed like they were talking about us. Mind you, I was just looking for some high heels for a special occasion. I was also having a hard time finding something that fitted my expectations because they didn’t really have shoes in my size (10). Once I finished looking around, the owner just went over to where we were at and started “fixing” the shoes. I’m also not the type to leave a mess behind and I pick up after myself. They also like to body shame, I WILL NOT be coming back to this place anytime soon. Ladies, there are places that are much more friendlier than this rude place.

Waste of our time and had ZERO interest in helping myself and a friend. They did not greet us and just stared as we selected over a dozen dresses without warning. Upon asking to try on we were told they "were not allowing formal dresses to be tried on do to damages". Yeah. I am NOT spending 100 plus on a dress i cannot try on. David's Bridal got my money instead. Sad I couldn't try the dresses on but wanted to warn others not to waste their time.

terrible service and racist owner! i (black f 17) went in on friday may 6th 2022 to get my prom dress. immediately upon walking in we were greeted with scowls and rude stares. i found 3 dresses that i wanted to try on and possibly buy. there were many other girls in the fitting rooms trying on several dresses so i assumed the treatment was equal for everyone. i quickly figured i was wrong. the owner Ms Kim came running up to me and said i was only allowed to try on one dress at a time and she would hold on to the other two. i was very disappointed and handed her dress back and told her i would no longer be shopping in her store. she whispered to one of her employees calling me a monkey and laughed at me as i walked out. we heard her also mocking a monkey noise and continued to do so every-time we passed by the store.
