So delighted to have found this store. One of the few vendors I have found in Medford that provides truly unique and beautiful items for the home. The selection is quite extensive and covers many different styles so everyone should be able to find something they like. The salesperson I met was also super friendly, helpful and down to earth, no pressure. A true treasure in Medford! I'll be back many, many times.

I love Essentials. They always have such beautiful things and in all price ranges. Their Christmas decorations are beautiful and varied. I bought some items for my tree and we went back and got a few other items a few days later. They are super nice and helpful too (offering us a shopping basket or to hold our things at the counter for us while we shopped). It is my go to for home decor!

One of my favorite places to shop for furniture. All ranges of budgets and one-of-a-kind pieces. Excellent delivery service for a fair price. Cash price discount is always nice. I will continue to shop at Essentials.

Great decor and home goods. Something for every budget, great service with a smile! We came in 12/23 and all Christmas decor was half off, such a blessing as I looked for something to brighten up my mom's space as she recovers from a back injury. Will definitely return in the new year to see what else they have!

I don't recommend doing any business with Essentials Home Decor or Lori Magel at all. For 3 years I did all of her flyers and ads with Photoshop that were emailed to hundreds of customers. She could rarely respect giving me a few days to get it done. She emailed the ideas, and I stopped my life to make sure they went out on time for special sales seasonally if I wasn't at her store taking pictures for said ads. The last time I emailed her all week saying I wouldn't be available as I was leaving town for the weekend, and of course she wanted an ad done on that weekend at the very last minute that same day. I responded that I wasn't available and she had all week to give me the content. When I got back from the coast I was locked out of her website and she never contacted me again, like I never existed. I strongly suggest that you do NOT do business with this person or company. She is egotistical, selfish, and clearly narcissistic.

Rude, condescending staff who barely give any attention other than giving snide remarks. Nice selection of products and I was interested in buying some of it to replace the house and furnishings I lost earlier this year but if the staff just wanted to ignore me in favor of someone else who they thought that would be a bigger sale then I guess they don't want any of my money.
