Mike the manager was absolutely AMAZING!!! Seriously the best customer service we’ve ever received! We were waiting on a new AC for weeks and once we got ahold of Mike he made sure himself that it was delivered the day we called he even went and picked it up and delivered it himself!

Fast friendly I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. That includes loading. Was a pleasure. Picking up brush mower.

We had some problems up in Ashland, Oregon. We did call Michael. He go out of the way to help us out. He went their and helped my driver with forklift. I never see any person on this days help somebody just to make sure he can make it his delivery on time. Thank you so much, Michael.

I had a situation at the port of entry in Ashland, OR. I reached out to Michael Russell there at Estes in Medford, OR for assistance as Estes is a partner carrier of R2 Logistics. Michael and team saved the day. They relayed with the driver and fixed the issues within an hour. If you are in that area and in a bind, reach out to Michael. He will take care of it in no time. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend their services.

My engine did not show up at Medford as planned. Just the box of gaskets and small parts arrived, and no engine. Jason got on it right away. He called supervisors and began tracking this down. He went above and beyond what was required and found it! He found that it had been mislabeled after being separated from the box and was sent to Wyoming. Estes recovered the engine and shipped it back to Medford! Thank you Jason for the extra effort to resolve this difficult situation. Amazing!

Very personal service. They scheduled a delivery for a load about to reach Medford in quick timing the next morning at 7 am for a shipment at sea a long time with 3 distinct delays. It's our busy sales season and we were out of an item on that shipment. They responded when we needed it.

Order was supposed to be here on Feb. 5th is what Estes told me.... today is the 8th and I haven't seen or heard from them. No call no show on a $5000 order going to a customer that pre-paid. They might be cheap shipping but at least I know why now. Lesson learned CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service rep passes the buck, when I provided pertinent information she did not pass it on to the driver so that he could be prepared for the delivery. On Wednesday, the customer service rep called me to set up delivery for the next day with a 10-2 time frame (I took the day off work). I called Estes at 2:15 and was told they forgot to load it on the truck. I asked if it would be delivered Friday, she assured me it would. Then Friday afternoon, I received a call stating that I (a homeowner not a business) had to provide a forklift and loading dock otherwise I needed to pick it up from Estes. If I could pick it up from them I wouldn't of had it shipped, delivery is part of shipping. If you don't have the capability to do so, it's probably best not to accept the shipment. So, bringing it around to Monday, the driver called and said he couldn't get the shipment where I wanted it on my property, so I gave him an alternative spot that's easier to maneuver. He then proceeded to give up on that too because he wasn't prepared to deliver the shipment and dropped it in my driveway, on the side of the road and partially blocking the entrance to my driveway. Zero stars.

Woman handling appointment scheduling is great and driver Alex was terrific! Friendly, helpful, professional, very courteous. And boy, can he drive that huge truck!
