If you are a provider thinking about taking a job here just do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The providers should pay better attention to the staff greeting and checking in their patients. Markey and Daisey need to be evaluated because they are lessening the integrity of this practice group.

We got lucky when Dr. Walls left Portland and came to the Rogue valley. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also listens and is very kind. His nurse is awesome and the front office staff are very helpful, efficient, and always pleasant!

Went there for an appointment and were there for 26 minutes and they told us nothing. Went to figure out how far along my friend is and they asked a couple questions but then we were done. They doctor had my friend get her blood drawn and when we went into the lab the lady asked why we were there. She was very rude and when she drew blood she was aggressive. Dr. Pesterson and the lady checking us in we’re very careless, I don’t suggest going here.

5 years ago this pediatrics office was incredible. I used to see Dr. Blafsky for my son before she moved clinics. She was fantastic along with the front office staff. Now my kids see Dea Collins and it hasnt been the best experience. She thinks she knows best and doesnt really care to listen to what you have to say. She talks over you and never lets you finish what you're saying. She told me to bring in my son and daughter into the office when they were covid positive and got upset when I told her I wouldnt. She told me to "Do Better" about getting my newborn daughter to sleep separately in her own bassinet. Ive been doing everything to get my daughter to sleep by herself, to take a bottle, or even a pacifier. She just doesnt like it and refuses, yet I still try very hard everday. It was very upsetting to be told to "Do better" by a Dr who should be keeping her two cents to herself. You dont have any idea what ive dealt with or how I parent my children. I do everything I can for them so how dare you talk down to me as a mother. Dea Collins is very disrespectful. She thinks she can tell you how to parent your children and what she says goes. And as for the front office staff, they are very unwelcoming, snappy, and rude. I never get a hello or anything nice. Today I was told my child is not welcome back because he had an appointment for shots today and I called first thing to let them know I would need to reschedule that appointment because my son woke up very sick. They told me since it wasnt a 24 hour notice my son is not welcome back. How am I to know that my son is going to wake up so incredibly sick one day when the day before he seemed ok. Just insane how not understanding and uncompassionate this office has been. Well never be back.

Erick Ring, I met with him 3 times so far. He did an amazing job on my vasectomy. Dea Collins is my primary care DR. She has been taking care of Diabetes medical needs. So far so good with that office.

This place could use new management. Fish tanks large aquariums and carpet on a slab equals funky moldy carpet smell. I needed to be seen and they couldn't see me for 5 days. I said I would look somewhere else and the receptionist told me she would let the doctor know I wasn't a patient anymore. I brought it to the attention of the office manager, they weren't concerned about either issues.

Always messing up the days of appointments. Not the first time I show up and they tell me it was yesterday or for tomorrow. I always ask again when and what time to check.

Going somewhere else not professional at all the medical assistants are rude to my autistic son not to mention dea Collins cares more about shoving as many shots on him at once as she can when I say no! I can hear her and her rude MA snickering about us in the next room I always leave this place angry so if you enjoy going to a place that don't care about kids and makes fun of your family members to your face there's something wrong with you?

My daughter has been going here since she was two months old. They scheduled her for her six month appointment to get shots on the 18th and she won’t technically be six months until the 23 and they made me reschedule her appointment for five days later when my husband took time off work to be there for her appointment why would you schedule her an appointment early if you can’t do anything they need to figure out there scheduling

December 2021 by Justice Bleser Peters
I want to start off this review by saying I have been a patient at this office for close to a decade and have never had any issues while visiting former practitioner Jill and Dr. Peterson. However, today I met with Dr. Collins as Dr. Peterson was out of office and I had such a gut wrenching experience that caused me to leave this office a bawling mess. I came in looking for possible hormone testing as I felt I was having issues with my monthly cycle and the symptoms which come along with it. The receptionist, medical assistant, office manager, and phlebotomists all treated me with immense kindness and understanding while Dr. Collins provided me with lesser medical care and even forced me to move seats after finding out I wasn’t vaccinated. She then complained about the mask I was wearing, but would not provide me with a proper one. This doctor refused me the hormone testing I requested because she felt there were no issues with my cycle, she then began pushing birth control options on me (even though I told her multiple times that I was not interested due to the way it affects my body), when I shared with her the symptoms I was having and concerned about she constantly interrupted me and even scoffed and laughed at me. I shared with her that I did believe in and plan on being vaccinated after I did research on which vaccination I thought would work best for me, she then told me that I HAD to be vaccinated today in order to come back for my next appointment and that if I was pregnant it would be unfair to my unborn child for me to not get vaccinated (I had tested negative for pregnancy and she was well aware of that fact). I told her no, and that I would call and set up an appointment when I was ready and would make sure I did so in correct timing for my next appointment. She basically stormed out of the room, did not let me voice any further concerns for my medical needs, and did not order the blood work which I requested. The office manager assured me that this issue would be addressed today, and I truly hope it is. I urge you to avoid seeing Dr. Collins at all costs, especially for any womanly issues. It is appalling to me that a female doctor can not sympathize and understand when another woman is concerned about her cycle. This subject is already a difficult one to speak about with a stranger, and I was HUMILIATED by this doctor. I am not keen on sharing my medical issues, but felt I owe it to another woman so that she may not have the same experience that I did today.

The on-call np Besma refused to give me antibiotics for what was obviously a sinus infection happens every year even though it would have been the course of treatment from my regular doctor. She was acting like I was asking her for narcotics or something. Now I have to miss more work and be out more money. I'm switching doctor offices

I have been going to Dr Caryn Belafsky at the Family Practice Group for some 13 nears now; annual physicals, minor cosmetics(mole removals) and one shoulder injury for myself and my son has his checkups there too. I have had nothing but excellent care with Dr Belafsky; her bed-side is great, she listens to my input and concerns, she questions me for more details to help with her diagnosis of my ailments and she has a good rapport with my son as his health care provider. The lab technicians do quick and as painless as possible blood draws and Destiny (the primary nurse I deal with) is a delight to be around and very professional at the same time.*edit for typo
