Had a $1,600 package being delivered.
Got wrongly delivered, I called to try and get help and they told me they couldn’t help me. I traced where it was dropped off at by the “proof of delivery” photo and surrounding scenery, it was a 1/4 mile from my house, left by a private multi acreage multi house driveway gate. When I got there, no package, I filed a claim and have heard nothing back and the dude on the “help” line was absolutely useless. I asked him directly “are you telling me I’m not out $1,600 because you guys mis delivered my package?” And after a few seconds of silence he told me “yes”.
They are a Completely worthless company if this is how they operate. No accountability and no help whatsoever when they screw up.

Only 1 attemp at delivery of time sensitive materials. Was scheduled delivery and came 2 hours earlier. Now refused to redeliver. I'm house boud disabled. Yelling at me on phone and saying if I wanted it, I should start walking there!!!!

Fed Ex has delivered my packages to the wrong house on two different occasions. All of the addresses are clearly marked on the houses. The picture below is my package but that is not my porch. Luckily, my neighbors are honest and brought my package over however they did open it first. This is not ok for a package delivery service.

Package lost in shipment, FedEx refuses to compensate because serial numbers are in package . $1686.00 missing overnite shipment. It's been 5 weeks and not delivered or returned

We ordered nearly $1,400 worth of Dewalt tools to be shipped to our home, but the FedEx driver dropped both well marked boxes off in front of our rural mailbox and within feet of the busy highway, rather than the house every FedEx delivery person has. A large delivery van stopped, and the driver got out and started to pick up one of the packages. My neighbor saw what was happening n ran down the driveway, yelling at the driver to drop the box. The driver dropped the box, got in his truck, and took off. Delivery persons always deliver packages at the house unless the gate is closed, but we were home, and the gate was open that day. We find it hard to understand why the delivery guy didn't leave the packages at the house. I called and filed a complaint with the company and was told the delivery driver was supposed to drop the package off at our house. These tools were purchased to replace those that were destroyed in a garage fire earlier in the week. We are so happy that our neighbor saw what was happening and saved the day.
