Absolutely chuffed at the assistance the leader of the Biddle Rd location - She provided a critical to complete life protecting shipment to us above and beyond expectations. Please give consideration to your shipments for Fed-Ex and the Biddle Rd group hence and you'll be well cared for!!! I certainly was and I'm jaded... Thank you!

Please allow me to extend the most profound compliments and gratitude for the Biddle Rd Manager (Mary or Maria ... Can't quite recall...) - I'm not sure of her name but DAYAM she took care of an emergency package that needed sent from her location to our organization on behalf of a critical to complete transport- She was clearly comfortable and obviously knowledgable and got this efficiently done so well that I needed to track down this rating to give it the highest from one professional to another-
Thank you Fed=Ex for making you manager at Biddle Road to make life safer and easier- That's how business is done and will lead to me using hopefully her for future critical shipments.... !!

I paid 128.00 to have a package delivered next day for a specific time and they tried to deliver early when I said nobody would be home. I had to go pickup my package at a shipping facility and they refused to deliver. Do not use this facility

I was in making copies of my lost dog flyer today and Lana provided the sweetest most, helpful and genuine customer service that I've had anywhere in a LONG time. Major props to her, she's a rockstar!

The last few times I've been here it has felt different. They haven't always been quick or very friendly, but something has definitely changed. They have been extremely helpful,fast and very courteous. Highly recommend giving them a shot!

Buyer Beware! I had FedEx scan some documents for me. No big deal, just over a hundred pages, no ink involved, no paper involved, just three minutes of scanning to my thumb drive. They charged me $1 per scanned page! REALLY?!? I was totally taken aback. I really needed this done so I paid the $106 fee but felt dirty and ripped-off upon walking out. Last time I will go there!

Poor customer service. All I was doing was dropping off a pre-labeled package. One person working with a customer, one on the phone. One other watching the one on the phone. One more doing nothing.

I guess don't bother these people, I waited at the counter 5 minutes(maybe 3), and neither employee acknowledged me, yikes. Figured they were too busy, so I'll go somewhere else from now on. Basically, if you're on a schedule, don't go here.

Fed ex has policies that you must have an account. So I created one. Trying to access my account number once logged in. Employees had no idea how to and gave me a 800# and the run around. Gave up went to the competition.
