I went in without an appointment and was still greeted and assisted with enthusiasm. Camren checked in with me while I perused. We made an appointment and before I left she set me up with an online account so I could keep shopping and prepare for our appointment. Their website is easy to navigate, and has a lot of options. She was ready to go at our set appointment and had checked my online folder to see the direction we were headed. She is knowledgeable, a pleasure to communicate with and very skilled at navigating all the catalogs in addition to the online system. Not once did I become overwhelmed or anxious. The store is very clean and spread out so you can really have a good view of the products. I’m so glad I was referred here by my uncle, who is a plumber.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Camryn & Rhonda). The showroom is self-service with online info at each product. If you want a consultation, call ahead. Caryn spent quality time with me discussing quality and style. Most of the product only took a week to get here. They use Estes for delivery so product like bath tubs and sinks show up in good shape. Will definitely use again!

I’m just now getting around to writing this review about my experiences with Ferguson. First time I went to look for a stove. We were building a custom home and had a specific stove I was hoping for. After leaving the store and doing some research I learned that Ferguson was in fact a retailer for the ILVE Italian stove line. While I was in the store the salesman, whom I believe also was the manager, wasn’t super helpful in talking to me about their options other than what was on the floor.At this point of learning about being able to order the Italian range at Ferguson I called back, I left message after message after message with no return call so we could order. Our builder also attempted to make contact. I then contacted the Portland showroom to find out if I could order through them to which they told me I had a local showroom and of course I had to explain no one will respond to me. He took my name and number. By this time our builder and I were both involved trying to get a stove ordered so we decided to move on and order through a different distributor. When I finally got a return call from David via the Portland store it was too late. Fast forward towards the end of the build and our plumber is installing our master bath drain hardware which is all brass however Ferguson gave him brushed nickel. My plumber called no less than three times to get the correct hardware and I called once. Crickets once again per my plumber and I never got a return call. I suggest getting your hardware online as there are some AMAZING retailers like Rocky Mountain where you can get the luxury hardware you want as well. Now that I’m finally towards the end of all our post build projects I’m having to deal with the little time consuming things that should not be an issue. In the grand scheme of life this is so insignificant I get it, but to this point I did my part, spent my valuable time trying to fix the issue so there it is. Wouldn’t shop here in the future sorry.

I ordered a white Toto toilet, it came in with a almond bowl and white tank. I returned the bowl for a white one but in a ada taller model. The counter guy, Michael assured me the tank would fit the bowl. I specifically asked him 2 or three times but he again assured me it would fit. I live an hour away from the store so I didn't want any more mistakes. I got home it didn't fit, I called Michael and said bring it back and he would exchange it no problem. If he would have taken 5 extra minutes to double check it would have save me from another 2 hour round trip. So it took 3 trips to town, thats 6 hours driving time. No I will not be going back to Ferguson's in Medford again. When I remodel my next bathroomI will get my Toto from Amazon.

Really nice showroom with upscale items to see in person, especially bathtubs and toilets and vanities. Lots of catalogs to look through in store as well. Camren was so helpful and super kind. They even had homemade cookies which gave my kids motivation to behave in the store! Awesome place.

We ordered a 21" toilet and they were accommodating. The guys in service/pickup were great. It was a little confusing when we picked it up. The receptionist didn't seem like she knew what was going on and it took a while to get to the right area. The toilet didn't come with a seat so I'm glad I asked when we loaded it into the car.

After receiving the wrong size vanity counter on the initial delivery(about a foot too short), and calling many times to verify our correct delivery, I’ve left several messages and spoken to one person about our delivery today ( which as of 4:40 hasn’t happened). No call back, no countertop. The operator answering the calls was super helpful and friendly, but never heard back from our salesperson/manager.Yes I’m venting here and would love to be able to give a better review and have my bathroom done.
