They are extremely rude on the phone, and often, very slow filling meds. They used to be good, but something has changed. If it weren't for us, the customers, they would not have the job they have at Fredmeyer. Fredmeyer Pharmacy needs to begin treating, and speaking to customers with respect, and kindness. If they are unable to do this, then they really need to be in a different line of work.❤️

Fred Meyer Pharmacy is hands down the worst! No matter what time of day you go the staff is rude. And to top it off your drive up is a joke…Why have a drive up if you have to wait longer than the people in line. When you’re sick you don’t want to stand in line for an hour nor do you want to sit in your vehicle for an hour! The concept of the drive up in all other pharmacies is done efficiently, y’all need a designated drive up teller who jumps over and helps the walk up customers when not busy! That’s how it’s done in every other drive up pharmacy….

Would give zero stars if I could, rude techs, don’t text when my prescription is ready like they say they will. This place has gone down hill and I’ve gone there for many years.

I have used the Pharmacy at Fred Meyers on Crater Lake Hwy, for over a year. I always find the staff to be kind and caring and pleasant. There are times when the medication is delayed or late in filling due to the high volume of customers or the medication is in transit. The pharmacy staff do everything possible to get the medication they us. I am not related to any of the staff nor do I work for Fred Meyers.

Absolutely agree with all of the reviews here describing rude and careless behavior in a business where this combination is a recipe for a lawsuit. Women working for this business displayed the following behaviors over the phone: constantly hung up on me and my doctor, incorrectly spelled my name after several very careful phonetic dictations, failed to text me as promised when the prescription was ready for pickup, and engaged in a rude tone in every interaction. Then, in person, Marisela and the 'head pharmacist' : told me that this location was not in Medford (?), that the prescription which I had confirmed the existence of over the phone did not exist, that their pharmacy did not carry prednisone (?) and doubled down in extremely rude fashion on all of these behaviors when I politely asked why these things were said. The rude torrent of abject nonsense that followed was, sadly, par for the course. This business, if not restaffed, will likely see itself litigated into closure. Avoid at all costs.

I never ever write negative reviews, but this is getting worse and worse, so here it is!I have been going here for years and have been so pleased with their service until recently. The Pharmacists are great but most of the clerks are rude and disrespectful.Everyone has been saying how they have been going downhill lately and unfortunately it's true. The clerks throw a fit when you want to get your fuel points for the prescriptions that you buy (which is the only reason I even switched to this pharmacy was for the discount on fuel) and say that you're wrong and that you don't get as much as you're supposed to. But yet every time I call the rewards line afterward, they always say that, "Yes, you are supposed to get more points." Then they add the correct points to my account. But unfortunately they won't listen to anyone when they keep doing it wrong every time they ring people up and make a loud, ridiculous scene when a person simply asks to be credited the points they are supposed to get. There's no need to be so rude to loyal customers who are simply asking for the correct amount of fuel points! Worst customer service I have ever seen, which seems to be the normal now after reading all these other reviews.

My anxiety medication wasn't ready. It would have been nice to have it today so I could maybe finally sleep. But I guess I'll continue not sleeping and pick it up some other time. Express Scripts is faster.
Update: I called to check if my prescription was ready. Waited on hold for 10 minutes and they hung up on me.
Also, I was told yesterday that my prescription would be ready today. It wasn't.

Prices are excellent but be prepared to stand in a long line which generally moves slowly.
