Very slow getting me back on the road no communication really from the service department on any repairs the service department left my truck in a service bay and did absolutely nothing to it during the day whatsoever if i could give the place 0stars I would or at least the day shift

def filter started to leak yesterday,made some calls and this place got me in and did the repairs and didn't even charge me.they even let me do my 10 on site. Crystal in service was very friendly helpful. the tech that did the work was great as well. I recommend coming here for repairs, especially in a pinch.

Pulled into there shop asking them to check the Def pumps pressure. TG I went out to get something out of the truck. They were telling me everything they wanted to do first. I was no. I asked you to check the DPF pump. So I left $500.00 cheaper. If I wanted to get screwed for $500.00 I would have gone to Nevada. I'm sorry. I own the truck. Do what I want you to do. And that's it. Worthless shop. International is a way better experience and $55.00 an hour cheaper.

Well experienced mechanics and such a great staff, my truck got serious DEF issues, I explained the whole scenario to the mechanic, they listened to my problems very calmly and started working on it and they fixed the problem real quick and provided me a great service👍👍

I advice you guys this dealership if you have a freightliner truck, I had DEF issue on my truck and I took it to this dealership and they fixed it within 3-4 hours, this is the best dealership that I see in USA

First time I decided to go dealership Freightliner. Worst experience I have ever had. They give me invoice before they start doing service. It was different price . At the end they gave me the price it is 250$ more than first invoice. Very disappointed. Be aware of this place . They will charge more than they told at the end.If they showed me that is gonna be more than first invoice, I will find another place to do it. Every time when you go somewhere they will give you invoice, after that you will decide you can do or not.

I had a heads up but a thing to note is making a left turn across traffic to get to this location is pretty much not possible because of the road design by the city. I found taking the north exit for the airport and taking the route past it was best to make the right turn easily into the dealership. I enjoyed the look and feel, reminding me when my grandfather drove logging trucks up and down the west coast. Glad to see this history remains as they serve their customers well then and definitely continue to now.
