Was extremely mislead by the staff about their pro membership fees and activation time. And their customer support basically confirmed they scammed me and that there isn't anything they can do. Was told I have to go back to the store and speak with the employee who sold it me. Which I already have and was told by her it doesn't matter if I have access to it or not. ..

The front desk employee pretends she doesn’t hear you decline the scripted sales pitch written by the company if you respond before her monologue is over. It’s like bad game design wear you can’t skip automated dialogue that you’ve heard a thousand times before. There’s a study in corporate brainwashing to be done here.

We love GameStop HOWEVER their prices have gotten ridiculously high and they just don’t pay as much for games and accessories anymore. We are pro members and I do have to say it’s definitely worth it. You get a $5 voucher every month plus you have the opportunity to score extra points. Most of the staff at this store are great, friendly and knowledgeable. This very last time we went in the woman employee was maybe a little rude but in a nice way? She was very curt and to the point. Our pro membership renews in February and she told us our renewal was coming up here really soon. It was the beginning of November. That’s 3 months away! It just felt to me like she was trying to squeeze every penny out of us that she could get. I understand they have a job to do like promoting products and selling merchandise but this was not the right way. Once we decided to wait on renewing for now, her whole demeanor changed and she, kindly rudely, just said fine. The whole encounter just rubbed me the way. This is our GameStop location that we do all of shopping at. We live only a 3 min drive away and my 13 y.o. Is a frequent shopper. This experience will not scare us away but we will definitely try to shop when she is working.

The employees at this location are the best! So knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always make certain the customer gets the best prices and deals. I'm just a casual gamer, but they don't look down on that and handle newbies to experts the same way.

Unless management changed and Eric is no longer a part of gamestop I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at the mall one or somewhere completely different. Rudest self entitled manger I've ever come across. VERY unprofessional or knowledgeable about gaming.

There was a deal going on to pre purchase the new Zelda and it would come with a commemorative plaque. This was a national promotion. I came today to pick up my game and plaque and was told that the plaques were first come first serve, that the store had sold 200 games but only got sent 100 plaques. There was no mention of first come when I ordered the game. Bait and switch with false advertising. Will never enter a Game Stop again.

Went into the store to get a protector for my son's Nintendo switch. We wanted to make sure it fit and since we had all intention of buying it we carefully removed it from the box and verified the material would work. We put it back the same way and you couldn't even tell it was opened. We came up to the register where Elizabeth enthusiastically told us we HAD to purchase that protector (14.99) because we opened it even though it was for the wrong model. I have never heard this before. In many stores you're allowed to open and see that the product is what you're looking for before you buy. I understand if you open an actual console but a protector for your switch? Come on!. Elizabeth was so rude and unprofessional. I realize that I should have asked for help, but I knew she was busy helping other guests so I tried to make it short and sweet. I made a mistake with that but most employees of businesses are compassionate and will forgive an honest mistake. Her favorite word is "sick". I understand finding employees is difficult right now but I know you can do better Game Stop. So we were forced to buy a product that doesn't work just because we peeked inside the box. You're even allowed to return products so what difference does it make? Luckily, we were able to run right down to the mall location and return the item.

Between the two stores in Medford, this is the better one. They had a wide selection of games and accessories, and the associates were very helpful.

Would never use this store again as long as the current manager is there she tried to force me to take instore credit for a purchase that I returned she said I had no proof of how much I paid and what card I paid it on as I showed her on my credit card app I purchased the item the day before and the amount she was also able to look it up on my game stop account but that didn't matter so I had to go home and dig through the trash for no reason at all to return the item when she told me the reason she needed the reciept was that then when I called her out on it she said you dont need to know why I need the reciept well its clear to force you to spend the money there I have been to this store many times for me and my kids.

Employees are not very helpful. Had to wait over 10 min for an employee to come out of the back. Tried to ask some questions about a very expensive pair of headphones, and after asking one question the employee started answering me as she walked away as if she didn't want me ask anything else. I tried asking if I could then just see the box to read the description of the features, etc. and she told me only if I buy the product. I tried to tell her I dont know If I want to buy it because I don't know enough about the product. Before I could even finish that sentence she turns away from me and starts asking people on the phone how she could help them. One would think that she would help the person right infornt of her trying to spend $100+ dollars, but she seemed to care less. Rogue valley mall has a game stop only 5 min away. Do not waste your time at delta waters game stop. Would give zero stars if possible.Adding this about 20 min later.. I immediately went to best buy down the road for their help, they were happy to answer all questions, leading me to buying the product from them instead. Also I now know the one question that the gamestop employee answered for me was a complete lie.
