Small parking lot but fairly conveniently located. Nice store front with very helpful staff. A great selection of whatever you might need to embark on whatever fitness journey you are looking to take part in. A bit spendy, but the selection was excellent the convenience of everything under one roof making it totally worth a visit. 10/10

The store is really clean and organized. Nicholas has helped me a ton. I've had issues with how certain protein powders metabolize and I just haven't been able to use them. He's been very patient with the try and fail but try again method for finding me the right product. He is very knowledgeable about the products. He remembers discussions we have had from my previous visits about the issues I'm having, which helps the both of us in finding a better product for me.

Melanie is knowledgeable and had great feedback on certain brands of products that I was considering. She asked some questions about my diet/exercise goals and made some recommendations on what to start including.
I was hesitant on pricing for a few of the recommended items and went with different brands. Melanie was very understanding and didn't push, which is appreciated. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back in the future.

Just stopped at GNC South Medford OR . Sign says open and it is 5:10 pm. Not supposed to be open until 8pm but the door is locked. Not sure what is going on.

I went in today and talked to Nicolas, he was really helpful. I knew nothing about any of the products and he took me through the store and explained each one. Found some stuff on clearance to try and got a few samples.

Update the hours. Says online store is open until 8. Stopped by after work the other day and wasted my time because they were closed.

Please, update your hours on here or close all of your stores and just go full online. A lot of us can't get to things until after 6 PM and it's posted as closing at 8. Last time I came here there was a note that said "be back in 30." I waited 35 minutes and no one showed up. Wasted my time twice now.

They're temporarily closed. I arrived during a day where Google said they were open. I tried calling them first to ask if they carried a specific type of supplement. Their phone kept ringing and ringing, so I just drove over there, and they have a sign on their door saying they're temporarily closed, suggesting people to go to the GNC in grants pass.

Gonna be honest, I wasn’t expecting much when I came into this store. But then this man and employee named Fernando greeted me, asked about my day, what I was looking for, lead me to the product, and helped me figure out which one that best fit my needs. Gonna be coming back to this spot for my protein powder from now on. It’s nice when you can tell the employees enjoy their job and genuinely want to help you as a customer.

This wonderful gentleman was so convincing with his knowledge product. I was in the store just to look and see what should I get next time I come in. This gentleman was so wonderful and his knowledge of protein and pre-workout should be known to the public. He should be recommended the manager job. Thnks to this wonderful man I will be coming back soon for more. Knowledge.
