Dirty clippers last time I went. I got an infection (folliculitis) on the back of my neck last time. Took about a week for it to clear up.

I started to say before I was cut off I will never go back again I've gone there for 5 years I go in this morning when the doors open there was five of us waiting in line. We all noticed that there was about eight people ahead of all us we were the first in the door, the screen showed I had a hour and 20-minute wait I guess they took people ahead of all of us that didn't get in Saturday this unacceptable and ridiculous. that's okay there's lots of other places to get a haircut they'll be scratched off my list plus it seams every time I go in lately there's somebody new they can't seam keep good help.

Terrible customer service. The hairdresser made inappropriate comments, insinuated I was too old for the haircut I wanted, when she asked about my love life she was a little homophobic, and when she finished cutting my hair and took off the cape she dumped all the hair in my lap. To top it off my haircut is blunt with no texture in it and not exactly what I wanted despite the multiple photos shown to her of the last time I had this hair cut and will have to get it fixed elsewhere. If I could rate the experience 0 stars I would. I will never return to Great Clips.

Refuses to do simple design on boy haircut. He wanted a lightening bolt. Not hard.

Unfortunately, they cut hair terribly there. I would take back the license. People who finish a year of training to be a hairdresser, and it is so expensive, do not have the right to cut hair like that. The advantage is the cost.

Gloria did an amazing job on my hair (probably best haircut I have had in a very long time) she was incredibly friendly and held very good conversation. If you want your haircut, done right request her!

Yesterday I received a haircut from Jenny and not only did she do a fantastic job, but we had a great conversation all while she really took her time to get my fade just right. I'm down here for a travel ball tournament for my daughter, and I'll definitely be coming back. She is very meticulous, and professional, but knows how to keep you engaged with great conversation and make you feel right at home. I wish I lived closer.

I had a business trip out of town so I was unable to book with my normal place (pro styles) which does great work. The wait time was nothing at this great clips so I thought I got lucky but after being rudely greeted I was starting to see why the place was empty.
My cut is relatively simple with short hair but I was sat down all of two minutes as she ran the clippers a single pass over each part of my head then quickly hit the neckline. There are uneven patches all over as my hair grows in multiple directions a single pass would never get it all.
I get it in business time is money but for 28 dollars I assure you it is ok to spend at least 5 minutes making sure the cut is even.
App is deleted and will never return. My girlfriend is finishing my cut for me to get me by until I can return to pro styles who are courteous, diligent, and the cheaper.

I was disappointed with getting skipped while sitting in the waiting room after waiting an hour. The worst service, clippers were pulling more then cutting. Definitely don't suggest this location.

Fast paced, they give great haircuts if you communicate exactly what you want. Been going here for years with no issues!

Apparently the lady who had done my hair has been at this for 34 years, older than me. She absolutely butchered my hair though. I just had to get outta there. You get what you pay for, folks. A $23 cut is precisely what I should have known I was getting.
I've never had to tell a cosmetologist that the sides needed evening out when they thought they were all done. To illustrate my warning here a bit. Just spend twice as much for a proper cut.
