Extremely poor and rude customer service, I highly recommend doing more screening/training of your employees!! Will never be using this company again, highly disappointed!! Save yourself the money, time and headache and use someone else.

Garbage customer service and Your Presidents circle status or perks do not mean anything at this location. Better book with others in the area as they have more cars and options. Sad to see hertz this bad here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have a booking but no car available. A guy told me on the phone they had no car. However, the system let me book it. I called again and the lady told me to take the shuttle and come anyway in case the booking pops up. The male staff got attitude and said “ I told you on the phone that we have no car” and acted like it’s my fault. Oh, yes but your staff told me to come and you think my time is not valuable? Is that how you talk to people? If Hertz let me book a car then it’s your job to find another car for me. I used Hertz a lot and it had been great. This time really pissed me off. NOT AGAIN with Hertz in Medford.

Rented a vehicle from them that started smelling bad and smoking from the exhaust. Because I had opted for a rental to be returned at another location they refueled to help and get me into another vehicle. AVOID this business.

All was good until I dropped the car off. They said they would email the receipt. They did not and I had to call. When I got the re riot I was surprised to find they charged for gas. Which is ridiculous because I Wilkes it up before dropping it off. It was also set up by my company travel agency which always uses a company ghost card. They told me they needed payment from me. So, I paid. Only to see later that it looks like my company may have been charged. So, double charged possibly. Working through this. Also, ain’t charged to company and me were different. Never again.

Very competitive rates, fast/friendly service.I would just be sure to double check a vehicle's damage pre-rental. Found several more fairly significant damage items on the vehicle that weren't marked down.

Way, way cheaper than other options in Medford when I was comparing rental cars. It's not at the airport, but it's not far away. Pick up was easy. The person working there was friendly and got me on the road quickly. I was given a Kia Forte. No issues with the car at all. Clean, minimal cosmetic damage. Drove it from Medford to Sacramento without any issues.

The use and choice of the vehicle rented was a success for our lengthy trip. We were offered several vehicles but made our choice based on hertz recommendations. The vehicle was excellent in traffic and managed gas and mileage in our favor. Yes we would choose this experience again and recommend to others.

The staff was very friendly. The only surprise was it was off the airport site. However, they came quickly to pick us up. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you have to rent a car, Hertz comes through. I checked other rates and Hertz still had the lowest pay in advance option. ??☘️?
