Literally the worst online shoping experience ever. App not website allow to shop by specific location. Have to go to each item and search for local store to figure out whether or not item is available. Such a waste of time. I want to be able to order things to pick up in store and I can’t at all on website or app. Absolutely ridiculous for where we are in 2025

I hate social experiences and leaving my home, but when I come here to get new comfy socks and other items, talking to humans isn’t as horrible. I absolutely love the staff every time I come, and Harley was very pleasant. Love ya’ll! ♥️

I love hottopic but, I feel bad when I half to order in the store for the plus sizes and take up there time when I have a coupon. Every employee is so nice though about it. I wish they carried more plus sizes in the store aswell as restocking the sizes more often online.

I have been shopping at hot topic since they opened in California. Now my daughter loves this store. I can find super cute work appropriate clothes and fun jewelery to wear.

I LOVE this store. Veronica is the BEST! .......UPDATE I still LOVE this store, but they don't seem to have as much product as they used to. I loved getting cute themed eyeshadow pallets and perfumes from this store. But it seems to getting less and less. And the last time I was in there the manager was not at all friendly. I did not get her name she was very small and petite. I haven't been in there for over 1.5 years because I was so unimpressed with her. ?

I like this place because they carry my style of who I am and it's not expensive like other places in other cities. I really wish that Hot Topic would start getting boots agin. It is not easy living in Southern Oregon and finding a pair of goth or knee-high Dr. Martens or any platform leather or faux leather and spiked boots just don't exist near here, or they just choose to sell them in England and all the cool places over seas
