After having a very unpleasant appointment with Block advisory, I went to H&R Block. I was lucky enough to be given a young man by the name of Bear and I would recommend him to anyone, he saved me thousands of dollars and was very patient and willing to work with me. I had to meet with him twice but well worth my time, so thank you Bear, I hope to see you next year.

Terrible experience! Gillian was fantastic in store and explaining things, but there was so many issues on the technical side. I filed my taxes in January and they were never completed. I had received a call a month later and i attempted to return the call for next 3 months. I never saw any return hit my account so I had attempted to contact customer service multiple times. It was incredibly frustrating trying to speak to anyone here. I finally got some kind of answer at the end of APRIL! My agent and I had agreed to pay with my return. They never informed me that it wasn’t going to let us. I couldn't afford to pay 200 dollars because they told me 2 days before tax day! I am Very frustrated. Normally i file with liberty tax but I ended up giving up and going to freetaxusa. I will never do business with H&R block again!!!

Recently I met a tax associate, her name is Grace Gianan. She helped me with my taxes and paperwork when I had no idea how to file them. I am grateful, and as she worked she taught me quite a bit. I learned from her. She is open minded and very efficient. She went above and beyond in my case. I would recommend her to anyone because I feel like she does more than taxes...she likes to help people.

I filed on the app and had some complications, I made two appointments the first time the tax guy I had was very friendly and willing to file, but I needed some extra time to figure other things out regarding my issue, I came back and got Grace! she was so sweet and caring about helping me figure out my problem and willing to explain things to me, when she got confused about something regarding my issue she asked her manager for help and she was absolutely rude, told me to call the online number for the app regarding my issues, saying if I come in there I have to pay if I’m not going to pay that I have to call the online number, practically assuming I’m not willing to pay for my service there, when I had been told differently the first appointment I had made, if it fixed my problem hell yeah I’m gonna to pay, but I hadn’t been able to explain my first appointment there because the Manager was short, immediately left, and not willing to hear anything other then her own voice. The 5 stars are for Grace! 0 stars for the manager.

Absolutely the worst experience and no response from corporate or escalationWasted hours of our time with hours saying open driving 20 miles visiting twice no signage even at open hours that their offices were closed wasting energy with the lights on and noone inside their empty cubicles ...45 minutes driving there twice ..30 minutes on phone with support and THEN to make an online appointment only to receive a voicemail from their offices 2 dqys later that the confirmed appointment I resorted to finaly established on their website was indeed not available!!!I am livid and ruined our entire filingsNever ever do business with them again
