Came in at exactly 630 for my nieces 6th birthday to get her ears pierced. We were turned away because the employees said there isn’t enough time to pierce her. To my knowledge they close at 7 pm. Thank you for ruining her experience on her birthday.

Showed at the time it said it open , waited 30 mins and the lady just watch me sit outside. At least open on time .

Horrible. 1) Cheep jewelry. say hello to green ears and infections. 2)Unsanitary why on earth would you think a mall with 100s of people would be a sterile environment to do piercings. 3) they use guns to pierce so you are just ripping your poor ears and causing so much scar tissue. Also piercing cartilage with a gun can shatter your cartilage and cause permanent damage.

Brought 5 yo daughter to get ears pierced. Waited 15 minutes while piercer was busy with other customers. I can understand it's at the end of her day and she wants to be done, but we waited our turn and then with 15 minutes to closing she turned us away saying there wasn't enough time to do another piercing. I will just say we were very disappointed and won't be returning to this location.To woman's credit she was very patient with the moms who were critiquing her work and being very nit picky on the previous customer.

Most of the employes are rude and sarcastic, if they are going to make jokes about my appearance than the should at least make sure that I don't hear them.
