EDIT: LOL!!! Thank you James for 100% proving my point on how rude and disrespectful you are to your customers. In this case a customer who has paid their bill 100% on time for consecutive 8 years. I knew you were rude behind closed doors but I didn’t think you were stupid enough to show the public your true colors ?? what a pleasant surprise to me. Don’t even read my review- just read James response and ask yourself “is this the type of person I want protecting my assets”. What a joke of an agent.———Watch out, they will automatically add drivers to your policy without permission.Completely unacceptable. I pay my bill and just want to be left alone. Not randomly receive letters informing me they are adding drivers to my policy, without any direction or consent from me. They buy data from a company called LexisNexis in order to modify your policy.Unbelievably unprofessional and I will be seeking new insurers.

James is an excellent agent and I trust him with my policy. He is proactive in saving you money he called me to see he could run my credit to possibly save me money on my policy. highly recommend this branch of Allstate.

James and his office provided excellent service! I felt they really listened to my goals, provided good options and followed up when necessary. We had to reach out a few times for assistance setting up the app or with other questions - each time we received prompt and thorough responses. I am very happy we decided to switch carriers and feel much more confident in my coverage.

I have been with James since I bought my first car and subsequently also needed renters insurance. Business done is transparent and with the wellbeing of the customer in mind. I couldn't give any less than 5 stars.

I love working with James Nolen and his team! They make everything so easy. That is so important to me as a woman who owns 2 businesses and has 5 children. When I reach out to them, I know they’ll respond quickly and that whatever I’m needing they’ll handle it. They have never dropped a ball with me yet.
