I give this a low score because no one says hi. The store is dark, low lighting. It looks dirty every time I've gone in. Product everywhere in boxes and not being put on shelves. Very disappointed in this store. Never have I ever been in a Joann store that was this unwelcoming

The store has been cleaned up, aisles care clearer, good progress! Still, not enough clear marking for prices on drapery fabrics or clearance bins. Please continue to organize, clean, and clarify for shoppers.

When you walk into the store it smells bad, it's disorganized and a mess. Not to mention the cashier had a bad attitude. This was the first and last time going to Joanne's.

Marshall was so friendly and helpful today, and had such a positive attitude. I just wanted to say thank you for such excellent customer service. It was difficult to find an employee to help unlock the Rotary cutters, but Marshall was so quick to help.
