Laurie Howard was top of the line in service!! She run back and forth not only to find my size but looked tirelessly for other options I might like. Wow!! She gave me all her dedicated attention!! I am so impressed with Laurie. Sure hope she gets a big raise!!! She sure deserves it!!! I love the shoes at Beck, so many fun choices, colors, styles and talk about comfort and quality!!

Medford, Oregon. Beck's Shoes. Huge gratitude and applause to/for Lola Branch. She gave me such excellent customer service and superb care and attention. Lola found the perfect shoe that I needed that would help me with my plantar fasciitis, Achilles inflamed, sore arches. My husband was blown away with the service Lola gave me. She brought out just the right shoes for me to try on. She fitted me, she did not pressure me at all. Lola found fitted me with the perfect shoes. The shoes fit perfectly and are a dream come true. Lola is so conscientious and she really knows her shoes and peoples' feet and needs. 100% A+++++ customer service. Hope Beck's Management / Owners know how great Lola is and appreciate her. A waste of time. The store was previously called Johnson's Shoes, and it has recently changed ownership. ECCO was having a summer sale and I was in search of a pair of ECCO Track 25's. Becks is listed as an ECCO retailer so I called and was told that they had these shoes in stock. When I finally found the store (still listed as Johnson's on the mall's directory) there was one person working, and she was chatting with a gentleman about everything except shoes. After 5 minutes I picked up a pair of the Track 25's ($240.00) off the display table, hoping that she would cut the conversation short. Nope. Another customer walked in just as a young man walked out of the back, walked directly to them and said, "May I help you". I stood there, ignored. Another few minutes and, "We'll be right with you". Waited some more. When it was finally my turn, I was told that they only had two ECCO shoes in stock. Not two styles, but two physical pairs of ECCOs in the entire store, which were the two pairs on display, both size 10, neither of them on sale. She didn't even know that ECCO was having a sale, which didn't matter anyway because they only had two pairs of shoes in the store. Why is this store an official ECCO retailer?

I was in need of thin, roomy socks. Kristina (I think) helped me locate some socks to check out while she continued to help another customer. Laurie walked over, asked me some questions, and had some great suggestions for possible socks. (I have really wide feet.). One conversation led to another: I ended up with a pair of shoes that fit great (a challenging accomplishment!) and 4 pairs of socks (buy 3, get 1 free) that also are roomy, light weight, and very comfortable! Laurie did a terrific job! Kudos!! Thank you!

They spent about an hour working to find insoles and multiple shoes that would work for me and replace my worn out pair of shoes. I came in near the end of their workday and they were still so nice and helpful and they took their time with me and did not make me feel rushed. I felt listened and heard when I explained my concerns about getting a fit that will help steady my leg and ankle I have recurring balance and medical issues with. They listened to what I needed in a shoe and brought out different styles and brands for to try: making the whole process much easier. The store was well organized and clean and was comfortable to be in. The displays kept the visual 'noise' down and made seeing what styles were available easy. I had a pleasant experience and plan on returning when I next need a pair of shoes or insoles.
