They dont know what they r doing there and u will end up getting overly charged for everything and have to bring ur car back about ten times the owner is a dick and he treated me as if i was stupid not helpful at all

Great communication... from scheduling us in when we have a need to calling us to communicate what problems exist and solutions for solving the issues. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else. John's great! My daughter's car broke down as she was driving to Medford from Washington. I called John and had AAA tow it to him. He diagnosed, repaired and billed it all over the phone. Big relief, having just selected JR's off of Yelp. Very fair and especially helpful; the service was above and beyond! Thank you!

I have been taking my hot rods to Wrench Works for over 20 years. I just had them rebuild the stock A/C in my 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass. There was multiple problems with the 50 plus year old parts and pieces and it was not looking too good. They did an amazing job of diagnosing the issues and getting the correct parts and pieces back in operating order. My Cutlass now blows cold air and I am thrilled. When I pick up any of my cars they always have them pointed out to the street for me as I have a fused neck and can't back up safely - now that is service.Service: A/c installation & repair

This is the best mechanic shop around. Fair pricing and excellent work. Besides my son who is a mechanic back East, these mechanics are the ONLY ones I trust. Being a woman, I have been taken advantage of by many mechanics. These guys have done excellent work. If you go in thinking you need a new motor and it's just a two dollar spark plug, they will tell you instead of trying to milk you for your last dollar. Very ethical business! It's JR's or nothing for me. Ladies, you can trust these guys 100%.Services: General repairs & maintenance
