I needed machine shop service and I live in Klamath Falls, which only has 2 machine shops.My mechanic recommended Keller’s in Medford. So I called them they were super friendly and said if I came that day they could have it done by the next day. When I arrived 2 hours later they said if I wanted to wait they could do it that day. 90 minutes later I was on my way home. 5 stars is not good enough for this company. Brought in a head that needed new valve seats put in and when I got the head back there was a fracture between the seats in cylinder 1. Do not recommend refused to any blame for his mistake

Needed engine rebuilt, was told 4 to 6 weeks. 5 weeks in I ask how it was going and was told another 4 weeks to finish. I get that John Keller is the Best in Southern OR, but he has been doing it for years. Tired and burnt out. I decided to bring the engine to a younger shop with less experience but, the crew is young and full of energy. Hungry.
