They had probably 6 people working, I stood and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Finally the girl in drive thru said someone would be with me, had a guy standing by the register texting on his phone. Finally a guy came out and gave a couple their food. Finally asked me what I wanted! Told him a 2 piece. Didn't ask about any sides. Got my food and left.

My experience was exceptional a young man Andrew was very helpful in the drive through helping me decide on food because they now do not have popcorn chicken my kids were very disappointed.

One sandwich had a huge chicken breast, the other was much smaller. They tasted great! Hands down, best chicken anywhere!The cake was soggy. I looked at the sticker. It had expired. However, when I called back, the manager was very nice and apologetic. Customer service matters. So, we'll return. Mistakes happen. It's how they are handled that matters. Well done, KFC!

They have posted that they don't close til 10 pm and I showed up at 9:55 after they had just answered the phone and they decided to close early. Pretty upsetting that the crew was more worried about getting out of there early on a Saturday than actually fulfilling the jobs til the shift actually ended ?. I was most surprised because normally KFC has better standards for their business than this.

The Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant located here in South Medford is an okay place to get food to eat and some drinks.This particular location is kind of new, I think it was built about 3 years ago.It is nice that they have a convenient drive-thru at this spot.And we have been here a handful of times, and they have mostly gotten our orders right..So next time you need some finger licking chicken stop in and see the colonel!

Convenient location. I have been to this KFC a few times in my travels, each visit with its own story, but overall they do a great job with the food, always fresh and have been quick to fix any mess ups! I would recommend a stop at this one if KFC is callin!!

this store has the worst customer service. I have tried multiple time to get the food I actually order manager promised things would be better the next time I came in. so I tried one last time. went in this time instead of drive through,the service was worse. customers before me could not get service as one of the employees stood there on the clock on her phone ignoring everyone waiting to order. not one time that I have gone have they had extra crispy. I will try central point and see how the service is I would rather drive 5 miles for good service than go down the street for really bad service.

Evening shift has mask on...their chins, working without gloves too. But the crew sure does drink up the fountain drinks (4 times while waiting for food)A great location to get Covid.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large French fries. Pulled up to the pay window and there was a large cup and a sign that said in huge black letters "Tips" plastered in duct tape outside the window.When my order came out I noticed right away the greasy mark on the bottom of the bag. I looked in to find, that there was no French fry container at all. They were thrown directly into the bottom of the bag!! Loose!! The sandwiches were on top as if to conceal!! This is a brand new store on Central Drive in Medford and already running like there is nobody in control. Monday November 8th 2021 at 2:45 pm.

35 minutes in line (and it was only 4:30pm), spent $30 and when I got home (Eagle Point), half the order was missing! And this isn't the first time. Let's not even talk about the poor service. Pretty sure this review won't even get looked at by management.

This location has yet to get our order right. EVERY single order is missing something. This time it was the drumsticks from two different two piece combos. Last time it was the mashed potatoes. What was I supposed to do with gravy and no potatoes?

Check my order before I left the parking lot. I was right, part of my order was missing. Went in side told the young man I was missing some of my order. A young lady said that it was her fault with a attitude. Gave me the rest of my order didn't even say sorry for any inconvenience, I suggested she should change her attitude she said with a smart mouth nope. And she said that she the manager. Popeye chicken ? were are you when we need you.

Awesome service. Food is super good made quick. Employees are polite and the manger Zoe is a gem she makes sure all costumers are happy with their meals.
