I recently took a large bag of essentially brand-new shoes to Kid2Kid in Medford, expecting a straightforward selling experience. At no point did anyone mention that they do not accept shoes larger than a size 6. Had this been communicated upfront, I never would have left the items with them.
After the fact, they claimed they “attempted to reach out” and left me a message — yet I never received any call or voicemail. Instead of making any further effort to contact me, they went ahead and donated several hundred dollars’ worth of shoes without confirming with me first.
This is extremely poor customer service. The lack of clear communication and the decision to give away valuable items without proper notice is unacceptable. I strongly encourage others to get clear answers before leaving any items with them.

This location is wonderful. Staff is always willing to help regardless of how busy they might be.
After spending hours matching outfits for my grandchildren, I lugged my goodies up to the checkout.
It took them just seconds to ring up my purchases and discounts. They always make sure to ask if i needed anything else☺️
And im on my way!!😁
This store is very clean! I rarely find merchandise out of place, or sizes in the wrong place. I love that!!
It makes my shopping experience nice🥰

I have been out today looking for a pair of rain pants for my toddler grandson. I went to another resale store and it's disappointed to not find much in the toddler clothing at all. At that point it occurred to me that I needed to go to kid to kid and sure enough, after some persistence on my part I was able to locate the one thing I wanted for him and the price was reasonable

I hadn't been to their new location and I was completely impressed! Huge selection. Great prices. Also an exchange program for cash or store credit. There's even stuff to keep the kids busy while you shop.
