We made an appointment and before I left she set me up with an online account so I could keep shopping and prepare for our appointment. Their website is easy to navigate, and has a lot of options. She was ready to go at our set appointment and had checked my online folder to see the direction we were headed. She is knowledgeable, a pleasure to communicate with and very skilled at navigating all the catalogs in addition to the online system. Not once did I become overwhelmed or anxious. The store is very clean and spread out so you can really have a good view of the products. I’m so glad I was referred here by my uncle, who is a plumber.”
