Ray at Lile moving was easy to work with and it was clear how much my move would cost without any hidden fees. The crew who moved me was professional. The truck driver, Steve, was great and kept me informed. They coordinated my move taking a lot of the stress of moving off of me.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, support and assistance of the entire Lile team, from the initial assessment of my move with my agent Ray all the way through to the packing and loading of my household furniture and items. Both teams were efficient, friendly and so careful to pack and protect my belongings. Ray also helped me with securing a vehicle transport for my car. Moving is a stressful time and the team at Lile North American made me feel secure and confident that my belongings are in good hands and will be delivered to my destination. Thank you! I have already recommended Lile No American to friends.

Ray came by to make an estimate, he was very polite and nice, then sent me the price, then set the date for packing and loading. Don the truck driver called me to confirm the loading, he also is very friendly and helpful ( his crews were working hard, I was very pleased with their service) tomorrow 3/25/2025 my stuffs should be delivered!!? Anyway i am very very glad to have the service from Lile moving company. I do recommend it to anyone who needs assistance with moving. Thanks you guys and Nita the sweet office manager.

Lile Moving Company did a fantastic job with the actual moving process. The team was courteous, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. Not a single item was broken, which is a huge plus! I was packed and moved into storage then my stuff was delivered after I bought my new house for reference. Pricing was very clear and upfront and yes more expensive than other quotes I had been quoted but worth the extra money.
However, my frustration came when I started unpacking. The labeling on the boxes did not match what was inside, making it incredibly difficult to find things. I’m still missing so much stuff—it’s unreal. I know it’s here somewhere, but figuring out where is a whole other challenge! The team who moved me into my new house didn’t listen well and seems like they just dropped stuff wherever! They do ask where you want things put as they unload the truck but a box marked “kitchen” is in a bedroom, “bedroom” is in the kitchen?
Another issue was the extreme overuse of packing paper. While I appreciate the effort to keep everything safe, I think half of Oregon’s forests went into wrapping my items. And here’s the kicker—you’re charged for every single piece of paper they use! Now, I’m left with piles and piles of paper and have to pay for my garbage company to haul it away.
Overall, a solid moving experience in terms of professionalism and care, but be prepared for a scavenger hunt when unpacking and an overwhelming (and expensive) amount of packing paper to deal with!

Everything about our move went well *except* the unload at the end of the trip; our EXCEPTIONAL DRIVER, Shakir, ended up moving most of our stuff in almost ENTIRELY BY HIMSELF, because it was a Saturday and the workers that were booked to unload with him didn't show up. Shakir, however, was wonderful and did a superb job!!! Our stuff (and it was A LOT) arrived safely and we didn't lose a thing and Shakir made sure our furniture was treated well and reassembled beautifully in our home. He was truly great and the powers that be in the Lile organization need to know that he did a fantastic job!!! Also, at the beginning of our move, Ray, in Medford Oregon did a wonderful job of coming in and estimating our move, explaining everything and taking time with our many questions... Then -- when it came to boxing and loading up our stuff he had really amazing crews working on it... I give it five stars because the people -- Shakir and Ray and the moving and loading crews at the beginning of the move -- were so wonderful; it wasn't their fault that the workers booked at the end of the trip didn't show up and Shakir made it all work!!!
