This is the second time I’ve worked with Lippert’s (Jesse) in the last year. I can’t recommend them enough. The communication is top notch. Happy to go over every possible option. The installer used both times does incredible work. I will 100% use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

We had a good experience with Lippert's Carpet! From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process. They had a great variety of quality carpet and flooring options to choose from at reasonable prices.
The installation was prompt and professionally done — the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and looking great. We are very happy with the result. Our home looks refreshed and feels more comfortable.
We would recommend Lippert's Carpet to anyone looking for flooring solutions done right!

Our salesman was Jessie at Libert carpet. His communication was great. Everything was thorough. The install date was promised and scheduled and their floor installers were absolutely great. We had a thick laminate floor installed in three rooms and it looks absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend carpets for all of your carpet and floor needs. The price always stayed the same, never went up because of something that came up the installers damaged a piece of our trim. They went down to the store and got the exact same trim and replaced it at no extra charge. Everyone at carpets is top notch

Made an appointment to meet at a rental to measure for carpet. Confirmed morning of. Got a call after scheduled time - Lippert's rep could not make it - lots of lame excuses. Big inconvenience for us & tenants. Will not use in future

We were able to work with jer and he is very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through a selection of just what we were looking for. We are very pleased with the tiles and can't wait to have it installed.

Floor looks super good. Job was done professionally. Great people to work with. Also a repair was done on my bedroom carpet and you can't even tell. I would recommend them again.

From the moment I walked into the Lippert's store until now when I am enjoying my beautiful new floors, I had nothing but a positive experience. Kevin, the salesperson was a good listener and very diligent in finding the product that completely fit my home and family. The installers were courteous, very efficient and did an excellent job in every detail. The flooring I ended up with is perfect for my family. It looks good, is durable including a lifetime warranty and has a comfortable texture to walk on. Lippert's went out of their way to get it right!

We had representative come to our house to show us some carpet samples and give us a fair price for installation and carpet. The gentlemen that came to the house to install our carpet took very good care of our furniture while moving it. The job was done within two days. We love color of our gray carpet. Just wis it was softer.

Went beyond the job to help us out, got us what we wanted in our budget. Worked closely with the contractor and kept me up to date. Installers were fast and respectful. The carpet seems of good quality and I know I can reach the store if there's an issue and talk with some one rather then being ignored by a computer

Store was easy to find, good location. I liked how you're able to walk on individual carpeted spaces. Allowing you to feel your choice in the mattress pad you choose. The personnel is friendly and informative. Carpet styles and colors are extensive. Enjoy your carpet project.
